Does not fit without modification
Price was reasonable, but like other reviewers, the dash bracket is not welded at the correct angle and the steering shift is longer. I even called the manufacturer and asked if this is the correct part for my B7200D (non hst) and they said yes. I was able to modify to work with some grinding and welding. Just disappointed that the manufacturer is not honest about the description. The gear box worked, but I wonder for how long.

B7200, It "fits" but not well
I installed this today and as stated in other reviews and photos, the bracket for the compression release, kill knob, and mount bolts for the instrument cluster/tank cover has an angle to it that isn't correct for my tractor (it's flat/horizontal on mine). In addition, the steering shaft is about 4 inches longer than the original, making my steering wheel higher than before. Nothing fits correctly without modification. I had to cut a weld at the brace on the bottom of the mounting bracket then bend the bracket down, hog out the mounting holes for the instrument panel, and put a small bend in the throttle lever friction bracket. After doing all of that, I was able to get it all back together with a bit of cussing and complaining.I looked around back in 2018 and again now in 2022 to try to find a replacement for my failing steering box, but this seems to be the only option out there that is somewhat affordable. While it's a pain to get it all to fit, if you're able to make the modifications yourself, it's better than paying almost $800 for a replacement from Kubota (assuming this one lasts a while).

Mounting bracket for console welded at wrong anglei
I received this item the other day and after disassembling my tractors console and placing the new assembly next to the original the mounting bracket that is welded to the outside of the steering shaft is welded at the incorrect angle. As in the original mounting bracket is parallel to the frame, whereas this one is angled up, I bought this thinking it was like factory, but the mounting bracket is not welded in the correct position, though the bracket appears to be in the correct proportions. I am not sure if I can bend it to work but I didn’t want to spend 300 dollars to f with it to fit and mess up the paint finish, it should just bolt on like a factory part. I haven’t contacted the company yet but I will tomorrow and see what they have to say. I may attach a photo also later... frustrated7/6/19 update they asked for serial number of tractor and I sent a pic of what I had. It is a b7200d 4wd non hst.... no response... I modified bracket to semi work with extra force... sent new email that it was leaking gear oil through bolt on the side... no response still after 5 days... I bought gasket material to try and make a new gasket. As you can see in the photos there is holes in the flange that mounts on the side... not sure if this is the cause of leak or the gasket... bottom line this is not factory quality unless Kubota quality is crap... I haven’t taken the old one apart yet to compare... ugh
