Resting is the average between the product (5) and the manufacturer (1). Product is brillian and It's easy to use although at times can be uncomfortable on the back of your knee. I attribute that to the lack of instructions both in the product and the manufacturer website. Massive let down really as it's a sensitive part of the body and manufacturer could have spent 5 mins for a video instructions...

I am using this for suspected Bakers Knee, home treating as can't see a doctor due to the lockdown. I ordered the long ones as to wrap my knee, they helped so much even on the first time of use. Do not put too much tension on the bandage when applying, only slight tension needed, too much and you can create a painful problem. I am using now on a daily basis, my pain levels have dropped dramatically, I am using for about 3 hours at a time in the evening. But you can use when and wherever you want.

I do need to remove it after a few hours as it causes soreness around the edges of the bandage.

I liked these because they were long enough to fit around my knee. It sticks to its self so if the ends didn't reach the Velcro patch it wasn't a problem. Super stretchy as a plus-size person it wrapped around my thick thighs a few times. Maybe a bit long for smaller thighs unless you need a bigger area covered. They didn't slip to much. Almost had them on for about 9 hours of a 12-hour shift only took them off because I may have wrapped it a bit tight by that time it started to get uncomfortable but they didn't slip down.

These are just what is required compared to fixed size supports. The user can decide how tight the support needs to be for their individual needs.Well made product with the Velcro fastening covering the whole range of the supports but not intrusive or abrasive in use.

Terrific product

These are extremely long - I wanted long but the edges are quite hard & dig into my skin. Good value & would be ideal for sprains on legs, knees elbows but on a more muscular person.
