Weight pack are a bit difficult to slide in when new.
My Physical Therapist wanted me to start out at 1 lb each side so I had to remove four of the weight packs to start. Putting the packets back in is a bit difficult and I imagine they will loosen up with use plus I will likely not be taking them out the second time. Other then that they work very well you just want to tighten them well or they will not be comfortable to use.

Easy to use
I like these ankle weights. They are easy to use if you need to take off a 1/2 lb or put on an additional 1/2 lb.They strap around great!

The Easy to put on weights
I really liked that the were easy to put on my ankles . Also the changing or adjusting to the weights. Very impressed.
