Terrible quality
Didn't realise that it was made of really flimsy cardboard. Turned up with a big mark where it was folded. Completely unusable

This is MATBOARD, not a frame
I like the product, but it is not what I expected it to be based on the description. I thought I was buying a hard frame that I could mount on the wall or stand up on a shelf, but it is actually MATBOARD - soft cardboard that is meant to go around your picture INSIDE a separate frame. Also, in the picture it looks like the top and bottom edges are thicker than the sides, but actually all of the sides are of equal thickness.

Arrived with a crease, good value otherwise
Is what it is. Good quality mount but even though packaged properly, one side was dented/creased. I'd guess this happened in transit so no fault of the seller.

Sadly this arrived damaged and I’ve had no luck with trying to return it. Such a shame as otherwise it would have been perfect.

L'article rempli mes attentes.Par contre, je trouve dommage la quantité d'emballages nécessaire à emballer 1 pièce.Je crois qu'on doit se soucier de notre empreinte écologique et gérer mieux ces emballages.

Sembra scontato il confezionamento di un passe par tout per una cornice, ma così non è. Prodotto ben confezionato nei particolari.

passpartout confezionato in bustina di plastica trasparente leggera e messo dentro busta cartone sottile. Nessuna modalità antipiegamento. Arrivato piegato su un lato e quindi reso inutilizzabile. Un cartoncino deve essere spedito in modo che sia difficile piegarlo durante la spedizione. Basterebbe metterlo tra due cartoncini rigidi. Me ne arriverà un altro. Speriamo. Non ho notato piegamenti su busta esterna, potrebbe essere partito già danneggiato.
