This amazing! Such a small gadget, but makes me eggstatic! It works wonders and as described. It cracks smoothly, dishwasher safe, and upholds well. I like that I can use it as a spoon rest to have one less dish to wash. I would get so frustrated in the morning when making eggs because I would make a mess or get shells after cracking. This makes my mornings easier, cleaner, and starts my day off right! :) I would highly recommend. I bought for a friend who loves it just as much!

This is my second Crack'em. It's not a gadget, it's a cooking aid. No hinges/no doodads. I bought a second one so I can have one clean and one in the dishwasher. My first one is over 6 years old and there is nothing wrong with it. It helps me break eggs easily and smoothly. I don't have to take 2 tries to crack an egg, nor do I get fragments from hitting the egg too hard. Haven't had an eggshell fragment in my cooking since I started using it. Plus, it's slim and easy to stow away in a drawer.

I have had this for about a year now, it is absolutely awesome! So much easier to crack eggs on and contains mess when you do so you are not getting egg running down bowls etc. I use it almost daily it has help up very well and washes up in the dishwasher great. I love that it is small too and doesn't take up a lot of room in the cabinet. Plus it comes in lots of great colors! I have loved it so much I am buying it for gifts and telling everyone I know! So if you were unsure about it don't be this is a kitchen must have!

It works so well! It even cracks the little eggs from my neighbors' chickens with ease! I liked mine so well, I ordered two more for my daughters. It cuts down on the mess on the countertop and stove. I just wish the spoon rest was a little bigger.

I have no idea how or why, but this thing just works. We make eggs every day, and I rarely if ever have to deal with pieces of shell once I crack the eggs.

My first thought was I’ll buy this but will probably return it as another stupid purchase. I was wrong. I love it! I make eggs every morning for breakfast. I make a mess on the frying pan or where ever I try cracking it. It’s hard plastic and every time I’ve used it I get a clean break. I leave the egg in the container and slide it into my frying pan. I’m ordering another one today!

This is so simple and easy yet a big time and cleanup saver. It cracks the egg predictably and contains any leakage. Plus you get a spoon rest as well. Good job to the inventor!

This purchase was a bit of a gamble, because its price for delivery to Canada is insanely, stupidly expensive. I would say it cost at least a few hundred times the value of the plastic it’s made from. However, if it lasts several years, it will be worth it in terms of mess not being made and yolks not being broken. It also minimizes the amount of bits of shell that get into the eggs. A skilled chef could probably match the performance of this gadget, but that’s something I don’t even aspire to be. It has been said one should avoid kitchen gadgets that are single-purpose, but this is likely an exception.

I stopped using in because this device was causing more eggshell’s to crack off.
