I have used some glass containers but they all have plastic lids so I require them to be hand-washed to keep the temperature down. These, I can come home and throw right into the dishwasher and not worry about toxins.The only real drawback to these is that you CANNOT put them into the microwave. At this point, I think everyone knows to keep metal out of the microwave, but I am surprised every day...I mainly use these for salad, putting the lettuce, cheese, boiled eggs, and such in the big one. I put croutons, bacon bits, and meat in the medium one, and the dressing in the small one. This keeps everything separate and crunchy until I am ready to eat. These bowls have not leaked with creamy dressing and vinaigrette dressings.It's also great that they nest when I am done with them and for storage.I have not tried the instant pot cooking in them, yet, but the idea is intriguing... ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Good containers.
