BAL WP1 Tanking Coating is a light grey, flexible, and seamless waterproof tanking system. It is comprised of an acrylic-based flexible coating that is to be used in conjunction with WP1 Polyester Tape, WP1 Polyester Matting, and BAL WP1 Waterproofing Kit. The BAL WP1 Tanking Coating provides total waterproof protection of substrates prior to fixing wall and floor tiles in wet or dry interior environments.

So far so good
Can’t give it 5 stars because it’s only just been put on but what I can say is that after a very rainy day and night this stuff kept the inside of our garage wall dry so fingers crossed that will remain.
