Three pounds for $55 is an fantastic value for such a decadent treat.Our order even came with a complimentary lollipop and a hand signed note from the crew at the All City Candy Store.These are manufactured in Ohio, but make no mistake, this is a better quality product than the ones available from Buffalo, NY.This product is more consistent in quality, but the sizes are completely different, as though the sponge candy entered the enrobing machine after being shattered. This makes it possible to find exactly the right sized piece to suit your tastes.Make no mistake, this is the best candy on Earth.

They are close to crunchies, which i love. Almost but not quite, having said that , they were delicious. Took them to a family dinner hoping they would scarf some up (thank god they did) otherwise I would have happily ate the whole 3 lb bag myself. They put a nice thank you note in there, that i thought was sweet of them

Had very good flavor but texture and consistency were hard. Scared would breat a tooth on the “sponge”

Do not order if you live in extreme temperatures, I was refunded but at the end of the day it's not worth the hassle.

There was nothing to like . It was old, outdated, hard and discolored. Very disappointed. Can't imagine a store sending out such poor quality........sponge candy. Really awful. could not even bite into it......and I bought 3 lbs of it ! What a waste of my money. i buy sponge candy regularly from Batavia NY and it arrives in perfect condition. Don't know why I received a different brand by ordering from Amazon this time?

This sponge candy is so delicious! Initially I was unsure about the taste, because it came in a no frills plastic bag. Silly me! One piece, & I was satisfied. The candy is fresh & crunchy. And I'm trying to pace myself instead of eating the whole 3 lbs all in one go. Just kidding! But don't judge it by the irregular shapes. It is really delicious, & I'm planning on a reorder in the near future. Sadly it is now unavailable. 😥

My first order was great. A couple months later on my second order I was expecting the same but visually not very impressed. The chocolate was turning white. So far the taste is fine.
