Hummingbird Weather Vane with Garden Stake

I can't get the directional letters to keep from moving around in a extremely strong wind, so that it says North is really West, etc. The arrow above them is always accurate with the wind, it's just the letters that turn and show wrong directions. Lighter winds don't seem to affect it. Other than that, it is lovely and well made - so after a hefty wind I'll just continue to go out and turn NSEW back to where they belong. I'm hoping to find a way to keep them in their place because I really like this weather vane and hope to have it for years to come.

Quality! First..the wind cups SPIN so easily. Look out and see even if there is a very slight breeze. The metal for this weather vane is firn enough that I am not worried about it being bent out of shape. Finding a balance of light weight to move in the wind yet still give a quality long lasting weather vane I feel is well done. The stake also is sturdy. There is a coating on the stake, cup, vane, entire piece: and I have high hopes that this will last a very long time. It looks nice and is very well done. I have no complaints.

This broke two months after it was put up.

I received my hummingbird weather vane earlier than expected. It arrived in great condition! I had read some of the reviews on this vane and liked what I read and picked this one to stake in my back yard. The quality is very strong and the chocolate color is very rich looking. I am really very pleased with this product and I sit in my sun room and I watch the cups go round and round when there is a breeze or wind, and watch the arrow move toward the direction of the wind or breeze. I love the hummingbird design. I am extremely happy with this product.

I recently purchased this Hummingbird Weather Vane with Garden Stake off of Amazon. I had concerns about buying something like this with just a picture. But, I will say that is sturdy and was easy to put together. It is fun to watch spin in the breeze. It stands tall above my privacy fence. It is not a dinky or flimsy weather vane. I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend this product.

I was looking for a sturdy weather vane as an accent piece for my butterfly garden. This is a very simple item to put together and is made of sturdy materials. The vane and cups move freely in a gentle breeze. A metal stake is included that fits into the hollow post, allow for the full height of the decorative portion of the vane to be above ground.Very pleased.

We ordered this as a Mother's Day gift for me. It arrived promptly and was easy to assemble. Only thing slightly off was the balance so we needed to add weight to the arrow. I just love watching it. The design is nicely done. The finish is very attractive too. Would recommend.

I love this weather vane, it is in my garden, I look out the window and know what direction the wind is blowing and it is very accurate as I check my Kindle for the weather forecast and it states exactly as my weather vane shows!!!
