Perfect for adding to ice cream
I make all my own ice cream, Freeze dried fruit is perfect to add for texture and flavour. It absorbs just enough moisture from the ice cream to reconstitute but does not freeze solid to ice, as fresh fruit does. I add about 20 grams to a litre of ice cream, just before the end of churning, so this size packet goes a long way. Yummy!

Crunchy, light and juicy
These are a wonderful surprise as they are very lovely and light and crunchy! Then as you chew they become soft and the flavour is a very natural mango, as you'd hope.Had to keep the packet back from my 7yr old granddaughter who would've eaten the lot, bless her! Only draw back is the cost but there is a lot of mango in there and is good quality.

Nice big chunks
This product contains nice big chunks of freeze dried mango, that actually still taste of mango, unlike some other products that contain small cubes of fruit that taste bland.
