Excellent book in explaining how the human fascial system developed and how it functions. Tons of research to back up their findings. This book makes the most sense of how the body works.

Pflichtlektüre für alle, die eine Ausbildung in Faszialer Manipulation nach Stecco machen möchten. Schade, dass der Freischaltcode für die FM-App nicht funktioniert. Das wäre eine schöne Ergänzung gewesen.
