Do not purchase from this seller !!! Unreliable products
Do not purchase from them they sell unreliable products. I purchased a laptop in February 2026, June 2026 it completely stopped working. I took the laptop to Apple Store and they said 698.00 to fix it almost double what I paid for it. They recommended I reach out to the seller to see if they can help me so I messaged them asking for a refund. I am well aware I am past the 90 warranty but I thought the be would be fair since they sold me an unreliable device but they said no. I was hoping they had good morals. Do not purchase from them!!!!!!!!!!

I was so iffy about buying something refurbished but let me tell you! This laptop looks almost brand new! A few scratches by the mouse part but nothing I can’t just cover! Seriously for the price im in love! Also fast shipping too!

Loved it!
I got this for simple work stuff, to manage orders and other things i have to do with my job. It’s perfect for the basic things! I have no complaints, basically in excellent condition and holds a charge amazingly, i don’t have to charge it often.

Not Worth It
Purchased laptop that was listed as Excellent condition. No extreme visible scratches display screen was perfect. Only issue was that the Touch Bar did not work. Touchbar was completely fried, was a hardware issue and will not pay $1k plus to get repaired so I sent it back. Purchase from BestBuy or just buy new. Not worth the trouble.

Trae desgaste en el teclado muy visible, de estética le doy un 6 la verdad me decepciono bastante puesto que también solo trae un cargador genérico, esperemos que no deje de funcionar.
