Do not purchase from this seller !!! Unreliable products
Do not purchase from them they sell unreliable products. I purchased a laptop in February 2026, June 2026 it completely stopped working. I took the laptop to Apple Store and they said 698.00 to fix it almost double what I paid for it. They recommended I reach out to the seller to see if they can help me so I messaged them asking for a refund. I am well aware I am past the 90 warranty but I thought the be would be fair since they sold me an unreliable device but they said no. I was hoping they had good morals. Do not purchase from them!!!!!!!!!!

I got this for simple work stuff, to manage orders and other things i have to do with my job. It’s perfect for the basic things! I have no complaints, basically in excellent condition and holds a charge amazingly, i don’t have to charge it often.

Terrible Purchase
If I could give zero stars I would! Received my laptop and the Touch Bar one of the reasons I purchased it was broken.. It also had a big dent on the backside of it. For paying almost 500$ to receive this quality…I wouldn’t wish it upon anyone. This all doesn’t include the terrible battery life this computer has.. it has to stay on the charger in order to work.I usually do not buy refurbished anything for this reason. I believed the false advertising that said it was in excellent condition and got scammed. I tried to return the laptop and cannot get a hold of the company.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOUR TRYING TO GET RIPPED OFF!
