Lives up to the hype
I've been putting this wok through it's paces and IMO it's the best non stick I've ever used......I make scrambled eggs in it, vegetables with cubed meats & fish, have boiled things in it, sautéed foods in it, made sauces in it, and seared foods in it.....it's my go to cookware now as I've designated my cast iron for very specific tasks instead of everything...….the non stick works well and it is very easy to clean....it has good heft but light enough weld.....heats evenly and works well with all temperatures......while it's all that, cast iron can't be beat for searing or pan grilling steaks and other full pieces of meat...….but if I don't want to deal with the cast iron for browning cubed meats for soups or stews, the Hexclad is just fine...…...the ads say that you can use metal utensils on it and maybe you can, but why?.....it's one thing to tempt fate but it's another thing to give it a lap dance, so I use non metal utensils...……….also, I just ordered the 10" sautee pan/skillet as I like Hexclad so much......it's expensive and I wish they cost less, but in the long run you get your money's worth.....

Beautiful wok
I’ve had this pan for over a year, it’s also the most used pan in the house by far. This pan is probably used at least 2 times a day everyday and has preformed unbelievably well both cooking and cleanup.

I love it
So easy to clean, anti-stick works perfectly, and I don't have to worry about metal utensils! Only Con is that the wok is on the expensive side.Note: (This wok is heavier than aluminium woks of the same size, however lighter than carbon steel woks) Perfect medium imo.

Great wok pan for frying and stir fry meat or vegetables
Very good quality wok pan; I have successfully fried hamburgers, hot dogs, eggs and fresh salmon and stir fried vegetables; it uses less heat and cleans up easily. I use it 2-3 times per week. Very pleased with it.

We love it!!!
Well, looking for a new wok we kept coming back to this one. It’s almost an art piece it’s so beautiful to look at but it is a serious workhorse that really gets the job done... holds high heat, easy cleanup and glass lid is an extra bonus for steaming veggies after wok searing. Pricey but will probably last a lifetime. We love everything about it so far.

Overpriced but Worth it?
This was a drunk purchase. I don't know what I was thinking spending so much money on a wok! It sat in the box for a few weeks as I planned on returning it. The price and the heat limit of 500 degrees were huge downsides. Then I thought, well let me at least try it once. Turns out I never need to go above 500 degrees. It cooks as well as my other wok so in that sense it is overpriced. The lid adds some value. However, the most amazing feature is how it cleans. I've never once in my life enjoyed cleaning until now. A mere rinse removes 80 percent and the rest comes off with one swipe with a sponge. So satisfying.

No good
No good for use I don't like this wok.

Amazing
It’s my go to pan for everything. Once it’s seasoned all I have to do is cook on low heat and every meal turns out amazing. Not a pan for the novice, impatient cooks.
