Shiphandling with Tugs

One of the best
A great book that thoroughly explores the topic, this is one of my top 10 books for shiphandling. The topics are well thought out and explained in a manner that clarifies the interrelationship between ship and tugs. You will have a much greater understanding of why a ship reacts in a certain way after reading this book.

Great addition to any tugboaters library.
Captain Slesinger's contribution to the nautical library of tugboaters around the world is to be applauded! Both "ASD: Thrust and Azimuth" and "Shiphandling with Tugs" provide practical knowledge as well as the underlying principals involved. I found both to be well written and expertly illustrated. Both volumes are highly recommended.
