SunnyPoint Tabletop Wire Fruit Basket Bowl Stand with Banana Hanger

This is an amazing bowl. You can fit some many fruits in there that it's just crazy. But wait, not just fruits. Nuts. This thing is great for putting your nuts in as well. Pecans, walnuts, cashews, even legumes like the misnamed peanut can be stored in this. And that's not all. I have used mine for tomatoes, which is where this gets tricky. By nutritional standards this is a vegetable, but by botanical stands it is a fruit so depending on which side you agree with it could be made for them or not. But I am not done yet. I have even used this bad boy for bad boys of the vegetable world like onions and garlic (Mmm onions and garlic). When it comes to a fruit bowl, it is hard to beat the versatility of this amazing bowl.10/10 would recommend*results may vary, the reviewer is not responsible for any arguments about if a tomato is a fruit or vegetable or anything remotely similar such as the fact a watermelon is a berry but a strawberry is not.

Worst fruit basket ever. There was actually a metal piece in the holes that prevents you from assembling it correctly. I had to use a drill to fix it. Once I did get it fixed I decided it’s to big and garish on my small counter so I’m returning it, fixed. So you should actually pay me for fixing YOUR shoddy product. I didn’t think you could mess up a fruit bowl but they can! So unless you have drill I would purchase something else.. plus it is HUGE.

Assembly has a major issue: the tiniest screw-like bolts do NOT fit the two connections (which have threading on the OUTSIDE, not the inside where the tiny bolt might be inserted) at the base of the hanger for bananas. Holding this tiny bolt carefully balanced on the included tiny, right-angled Allen wrench is tortuous. I've really loved assembling a broad variety of things across the years, and I've built sturdy things for our kids: desks, bookcases, frames. So when I say this attempted assembly was tortuous, I'm not exaggerating. Otherwise, it's a beautiful large, really well-made bowl for fruits and veggies with a great hanger for bananas or grapes. I just don't know if the hanger is going to slip off its moorings and break something on the kitchen counter without being screwed into its base. I think I can use epoxy glue, as long as I never need to disassemble it.

First, this is NOT black. It's not even gunmetal, it's just grey.Second, mine came with screws already in the holes and when I removed them to place the banana hanger, the holes were full of rust. I also dropped one of the tiny "screws" and can't find it at all, which is just wonderful since I have a toddler. (I'll be going over the area with a magnet before kiddo wakes up from nap)Third, this thing is so flimsy. Instead of welding the horizontal bars to the vertical ones, there's a piece of wire wrapping them loosely together.For the price, I am not at all pleased. Sure it'll do the job, but so would a basket from the dollar store and a bent coat hanger! I'll be returning this and purchasing something else.Third,

I purchased this as I got tired of our bananas laying on the counter! I truly feel like this has added an air of “fancyness” :) to our kitchen! It looks great on the counter, was super easy to assemble and is so study. It easily holds a full bunch of bananas plus an extra couple left from the previous week! And the basket is large enough for a small bag of potatoes, a few large apples and more. Very happy!

I love this goofy thing! Holds my bananas and the basket gets apples, bread, my little egg maker...pretty much anything.

As I suspected they photos online show baby bananas, This is 15" tall a 18" might be a better bet if they could make it with this type of bowl. It works for me as I won't keep a whole lot of fruit in the bottom but still a little deceiving based on the picture.

This is a nice fruit basket with banana hanger. The hanger could be constructed differently as I have issues getting the bananas to fit right and stay secure. But as a whole, it is a good setup for fruit.
