Battle Angel Alita Manga DVD

One of my favourite story's ever having read the full manga it's pretty close to the original story ,great service and fast delivery.

First off I'd like to address a problem of the language. Upon firing up my copy I discovered it was in German as some who can't understand German this is a problem. However after going to the fourth option in main menu and selecting English in the first list of languages switched the dub to English. The second list is subtitles for reference. The menus are German and I can't find a way to swap them if there is one. Not perfect but workable. Hopefully this info useful to others combined with the picturesThe product itself is perfect and is great addition to my ever expanding battle angel collection would recommend this to those who have seen the new film as the two share more with each other than the manga. It is an interesting take on the story.

Bought this after watching Cameron's live action version.I had previously seen the anime on television many years ago and wanted to see how it stood up.Answer is, very well, I thoroughly enjoyed it!! You can get the English soundtrack easily enough on the menu so don'let that put you off.I think it is a worthwhile addition to my anime library.

I was gutted this was only two 27min cartoons…I really expected more for the price: £18Still: manga, ‘battle angel’, &, I really enjoyed them/it…Quite similar to the modern ‘Alita: battle angel’ ‘live action’, but sufficiently not too…Enjoyable; but now I need to READ the manga for more…Why has there not been an anime been made of the manga?!?

Love this Japanese anime, it's one of my favourites.

I had this on VHS, still good, it includes English language as well.

I used to have the video.Just a cracking film all round.

Ein absoluter Kult Anime, heute vielleicht etwas angestaubt, hat ja auch schon einige Jahre auf'm Buckel aber schau Ihn immer wieder gerne eigentlich finde ich Ihn sogar besser als die neu Verfilmung, naja Geschmacksache, also für alle Sci-Fi Anime/Manga Fans ein Muss denke ich, definitiv einer meiner Lieblings Animes, viel Spaß beim schauen!!!

Obra maestra del anime, imprescindible tenerla

OVA版銃夢の唯一のDVDです日本国内では未だDVD化されていません記憶喪失のサイボーグ少女が賞金稼ぎになるストーリーですが、たった二話で話も短め、後味もあまり良くないですおそらく原作的には大分序盤の方なのでしょうね続きが知りたければ原作読めって感じで終わってしまいます内容も深すぎず浅すぎず、程良いストーリーです近未来であるのに対し荒廃的な舞台の世界観、メインキャラの多くが賞金稼ぎである点から、個人的には砂ぼうずを彷彿とさせられました近年ハリウッドによる実写化が正式に決まったようで、その予習として観るのもアリかと思われます公開が決まれば国内でのDVD化もされるかとちなみにこのDVDは日本のリージョンに対応しているので観れますただし・・・所々勢いのあるシーンになると何度もカクつくのがネックですが・・・一応特典映像としてプロダクションノートが収録されています
