Amazing Stove & Customer Service!
Regarding the Seller: This stove ships directly from Italy. We had wonderful communication from the beginning with the seller regarding the status of the stove and any questions which we may have had. The company which sold the stove to us through Amazon is based in New Jersey. We were lucky to have placed the order when a boat was about to leave Italy and they were able to get the stove to us 2 weeks early. The shipping box was in excellent condition. We got the tracking # immediately from the seller as soon as it was available.Regarding the Stove: It is beautiful with a lot of nice features. We had narrowed our search down to 3 different brands and are very happy with out decision to choose this one. There are 2 Semi-rapid burners (8,000 btu) in the back corners, 2 Triple-ring burners (12000 btu) in the front corners and a Dual Burner (17000 btu) in the center (this burner can be adjusted so only the inside ring ignites or both rings ignite) . It has 3 separate cast iron racks on the top of the stove to cover the burners. The knobs are chrome and I must say, a bit hard to read the letters on them. (I have shown in pictures) I will imagine that once I get use to the stove I will not really need to look at them much. From what the seller told us, you can buy alternative knobs for the oven if that is a problem for you. The front control panel have an oven thermometer which only show Hi Med or Low and lines (pictured) - no numbering. I would imagine it is because it is sold in different areas of the world and would not be as universal if had numbers. Once you get an idea of where the temperature hand is on the dial and what you normally cook at, I can see it not being a problem for me. Beside the thermometer on the front edge (moving toward the right) is the Oven/Broiler dial which turns one way for oven & and other way to activate the broiler. (The broiler pan which comes with the stove is very nice and heavy duty) Next is the oven light & fan knob. Turned to the left is light & fan (for convection) and to the right for light only. (Has two lighted areas inside the oven and they are bright) After this know is 5 knobs for the 5 top burners. At the far right is a 60 Minute alarm timer. The owners manual was very good explaining how to use the various settings for the burners. It also came with a quick start sheet (pictured). The oven also comes with a special grille for wok pans and directions of how to use it. This grille is cast iron as well. There are 7 different rack heights for the oven racks. It came with two heavy duty (much more substantial then my other ovens) racks and also has a telescopic sliding shelf which will stop if pulled out to the maximum position. You also can defrost frozen food in the oven if you use the fan only option (this is in the manual). There is an oven exhaust fan (at the front handle of the oven door) which runs until the temperature goes down in the oven after it is turned off. I found it ran for about 10 minutes. It is automatic (you have no control of it) and will go off once the oven has cooled to a certain temperature. (This fan is not very loud) Under the oven door is a warming drawer. There is not much in the manual regarding this except how to remove it for cleaning. As you can see in the picture it is very shiny in the drawer. I imagine it is to help with the warming process. I'm looking forward to using it. In the past that area has always been for cookie sheets and flat pans for me.Overall: Really love the look of this stove and it's features. I found that the oven came to temperature (400 degrees F) within around 12 minutes. There is unfortunately no light or notification when the oven does reach the preset temperature. The temperature settings on the oven knob are a bit different than i'm use to for example: it has 380 - 450. For me, I use a lot of 350 and 400 degree heating, so I'll just have to learn to adjust. Also, be warned the heat from the oven exhausts along the back top edge of this stove. This is behind the burners, which of course is right next to my wall. This becomes extremely hot. We had simple peel & stick backsplash and are having to replace that with ceramic tile because of the heat melting the peel & stick. If you have a painted wall, tile, or a tin panel it should be fine. The peel & stick will not work even though some are heat resistant. This is a much higher heat than just resistant. Our other stove was designed differently where the heat from the oven came forward over the burners, not directly up the back wall area. The oven was package very well in shipping and my husband (who has gas installation background) installed this stove. The legs on the stove adjust very easily.I hope this review helps. I tried to make it as informative as possible.

Temperature control is a real problem.
It’s a beautiful stove/oven, but temperature control in the oven is problematic at best. First the setting numbers are on the knob. They’re tiny and you need glasses and a flashlight to see them. Next, the thermometer says low, medium or high. There’s no clue exactly what it is as there are no numbers on it. Look closely in the photos! It takes a long time to reach a stable temp, and there’s nothing to tell you when you reached it. It is very basic and not what Americans are used. The people at Verona told me this is normal and the “European way” of doing things. We got a basic thermometer to hang inside, which actually has numbers on it. Why can’t Verona build one of these into it? They’re cheap. It helps, but there is still difficulty getting it to the temp you want as it doesn’t correspond to the knob settings. I wouldn’t buy it again just for this - I highly suggest you find one that has modern technology built in.

Awesome Looks!! Excellent seller!
Frist the price. It is moderately priced. Definitely worth the money! The looks, well it is super sweet 👍 fast shipping considering it came from New York and we're in California! LOL 😂 The seller was awesome to deal with and called me to introduce himself. When does that happen? The stove was extremely well packaged, no damage whatsoever. So, we had to convert ours to propane. The kit comes with the stove. Read the instructions very carefully!!!!!!! Each jet goes to a specific burner, oven and the broiler!THEY ARE NOT INTERCHANGEABLE!!Oh I hope you have tiny ass fingers cause there isn't much room. Ones this is done you will need to swap the valve in the gas regulator. This is a simple process but must be done! Just follow the instructions. Now you will need to adjust each burner, oven and broiler flames. The stove top burners are very easy to adjust. Just follow the instructions and screw the screw in after the knob has been removed. Adjusting the oven burner however, is a different story. There is no way you can see or even have any idea where the screw adjustment is even after the knob has been removed. This brings me to the Verona tech support. They were very quick to respond and helpful. I'm a pretty handy person and the condescending tone of the representative was not welcome. There was no way you can see or feel when poking around with a screwdriver looking for the adjustment screw on the oven burner. You have to hit it purely by luck. The problem is with the oven adjustment screw you need to adjust the low end and then put the knob back on and then adjust the high end or vice versa. I can't really remember which now. So you need to find that screw twice. It took me 45 minutes in one sitting to do this. This brings me to the overall quality of the stove. The stovetop is excellent. The burners are excellent and totally controllable. You will definitely want an oven thermometer because they're basically isn't one. The racks are fairly good and slide well, however, they are not as high quality as some of the more expensive stoves on the market. My main problem with the stove racks is that the stops are not deep enough and if you're not careful you can pull the racks completely out over the stop. The interior of the oven is made of a cheaper thinner porcelain coated metal, unlike the more expensive brands. Is this really going to matter? I doubt it. I am not a professional chef. This stove and oven basically ticked all the boxes we were looking for. It's definitely worth the money and I would buy it again!
