PRICE IS SO MUCH CHEAPER THAN NAME BRANDS

Bought 4, gallons received 1 gallon!!You can't deal with Amazon, you must fill out a CRAFTSMAN form.Got email they received form, nothing else.Now Luis Alarcon Becerra (CRAFTSMAN®) emailed Jul 20, 2023, 11:07 GMT-5.He says CRAFTSMAN has no responsibility for their own store!!! And tries to pin the problem on somebody named "Warren." ????Another reviewer here, Mark on June 18, left a one start review saying the same thing, he ordered 4 and got one.Looks to me like 3 or 4 entities are each blaming the others and Mark and I are left missing 3 gallons each of Craftsman Chain and Bar oil.CRAFTSMAN takes no responsibility, they say! CRAFTSMAN, to whom you couldtake your ten year old broken wrench and get a new one.How far they have fallen, squirming around begging to be excused from existence.EDIT: I packaged the one gallon I got and took it to a UPS drop off and got a full refund from Amazon. Too bad there ws no way to avoid the extra shipping and just get 3 mroe gallons. I might try to order again at a time no other packages from Amazon will be arriving. I think the fact that I ordered a bunch of other stuff incentive them to just throw in a single gallon along with other stuff whereas if they had to send 4 gallons it would have taken a separate box/shipment. I am sure those packers have a rushed life and a mistake now and then is unavoidable.

Overall quality is better (and cheaper) than Walmart brand....not quite as good as Echo or Stihl brand. A good value for $10 a gallon

I got my case of 4 quarts but the oil has a viscosity similar to that of hydraulic oil. Basically, the oil allows the bar to get really hot to the point that the oil starts to burn off in a nice cloud of smoke for you to inhale 🤢This Craftsman chainsaw bar oil is garbage and isn't worth the plastic jugs that it comes in. I'm going to end up having to mix it with heavy gear oil just to get rid of it. I thought about using it as roller chain lube on our farm equipment but I don't even trust it for that purpose 🤬What really makes me mad is that I ordered this stuff back in May and didn't receive it till July only to be scammed out of my hard earned money 🤨

Like: Very effective in all my Chainsaws. Does not over heat.

The listing clearly stated a case of 4 jugs I received only one jug. Please correct the listing.

This is a much better deal than paying $50 to $80+ for one stinking quart! At least here you get a gallon!!!!
