Great value
We bought a 100-pack of Magna-Tiles two years back, and we love the whole concept of the kids building with magnetic tiles. Our children (ages 3 and 5) recently started playing with the tiles with a renewed fervor. So I decided to buy them some more. A 100-pack of Magna-Tiles costs $110-120, Picasso Tiles $49, and Fun Mags $37. I decided to 'take a risk' and buy a 100-pack of Fun Mags and a 100-pack of Picasso Tiles. I highly recommend others to seriously look into Fun Mags (and Picasso Tiles as well). The tiles from all three companies are all the exact same sizes, so they can be used together. There seems to be no difference in quality from one company to the others. And the great thing about Fun Mags is that they have additional shapes (gate, window, door, small rectangles) which simply adds more to the play possibilities. I don't write many reviews (although I'm trying to get better and give more back to the community), but I felt compelled to share with others what a great value Fun Mags are. This is a great toy for many if not most kids, and at $37, a whole lot more affordable than the other brands.

Not actually 100 tiles...87 tiles and 13 letter inserts
Love these! Compatible with Magnatiles, Picasso Tiles and Jolly Mags. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the title and pictures are misleading. The title says 100 pieces and there are, but the pictures don't depict the 13 letter tiles. Yes, they're listed in the description...but they should show in the pictures as well because you're led to believe you actually get 100 tiles, but you actually only get 87.

Three times the tiles as big brand
You get about 2-3 times as many tiles as from the other brands for the same price. The kids like them as much as the other brands. Comes with a relatively nice mesh bag large enough to hold all the parts. Note that 13 of the tiles have letters on them (no magnets). Durable enough to survive a couple days of boys demolition derby (smacking the car into the building). We'll know more if it lasts a year.02/06 : Removed comment on BPA as listing was updated by seller to indicate its BPA free (and they offered me the lab report). Put back the 5th star.

Contents do no match box art, or listing
The box advertises 100 pieces, and shows a picture with a particular set of tiles. Inside the box, however, is a different set of tiles, including these little insertable letter peices (about a dozen). I counted, and you have to include the letter pieces to get to 100 pieces. So the set doesn't contain 100 magnet tiles. Also, the picture shows 5 pink long triangles, and 6 blue ones, the set contained 8 total long triangles, none of which were pink.My kid's a 'bird in the hand' kind of person and didn't want to send it back to get a different set- but be aware.

The most used toy we have, just recieved a second set.
I love these !! I have one set I bought almost 6 months ago and just purchased a second to expand our set. The older ones look brand new with 2 toddlers stomping & throwing them. They can pinch with the magnets but my two quickly learned how to avoid it. When they did get pinched it never left a mark or hurt them. I can not recommend these enough ! They are the perfect open ended toys that allow my kids to build castles, homes, trains, ect. On vacations I bring these and a few figurines and they were content for a week in a condo. No need to bring the toy rooms, these toys truly allow them to make every creation the kids can imagine.

One of our favorite new toys!
When our family decided to drastically cut back on our technology use, I was on the hunt for fun toys and games for my 7 and 9 year olds. I had heard great things about the name brand magnetic tiles, but frankly I wasn't ready to drop $100 on a toy I wasn't sure my kids would play with. I am so happy I went with Fun Mags. Not only are the half the price of other magnetic tiles, the magnets are super strong and the tiles are quite durable. My kids love the letter tiles and want me to buy another set so they have the whole alphabet (there is a letter on each side of the tile). I will definitely end up buying more sets and highly recommend Fun Mags.

Better than magnatiles
These magnets are amazing, I love them! We have magnatiles at the library and their magnets aren’t nearly as strong. That does mean that little fingers will sometimes get pinched (I even pinched my own once). But you can build more with these than magnatiles because they stay strong and sturdy even for tall towering buildings or long bridges. Luckily they’re very reasonably priced, too.
