GTU Furniture Pu Leather Living Room Sectional Sofa Set in Black/White (with Ottoman, Black)

Our original order was for a brown sectional that was in stock online. A week after placing the order (and after painting our living room to match our coming new furniture) we received a phone call they were out of brown...either take red, white or black .Should have been smart and just cancelled it then! We ended up taking the black on a snap decision...choose now or cancel the order..no time to think about it. Hmmm.. then why take our order in first place, saying they were in stock?We liked the style, handy storage, cupholders and had spent weeks finding something affordable.We are retirees, no kids jumping on it..no pets either and LESS than a year from date of DELIVERY the single stitched seams on the seats are all ripping out. The outer seams are double stitched and holding fine but wherever the button tufting is on the seats (which is everywhere) is all separating!Sent a message to the seller June 12 and still no response as of today June 28!Disappointed having to buy new furniture within the space of a year, disgusted with todays quality standards.Should have just handed them my retirement check! Buyer beware is an understatement!

worst couch ever. poor construction, flimsy, back wobbles. too big of a hassle to return. color is what we wanted. we reinforced multiple spots with brackets.Update: material is difficult to clean and tears easily. I regret keeping it

The arm of the couch sunk in and the seems popped open now I have holes in every sing seating part and one of the seats sunk in as well the ottoman was not aligned correctly and will not close I am so sad and disappointed with my couch it looked so beautiful but it will not last a month

Love the design of this couch and the way it lifts up the look in the room but I could only give it three stars because back and arm rest do not attach easy. I would have to rip thru the lining underneath to try to figure out how to attach. Right now we just have the back against the wall and we don’t touch the arm rest that can fall off since it’s not secured correctly. Cleaning is an issue in the cracks since cushion is attached. You can start to see holes at the seems of the thread and will most likely break and crack eventually. Too bad because like I said I love the design and the look!

Everything was ok but my ottoman was broke at the top, very disappointing....they sent me another one, after 8 months the bottom of the sectional broke it wasn’t even a year, and normally things like this happen when people have kids but in my defense I don’t have any so I would not recommend this sectional……
