It's OVER! :(
I bought Nevermore by James Patterson on amazon when it was released and this is my honest review.Okay so as any other book reader would do to the last book in one of their favorite series I put off reading the last book in the Maximum Ride series for a very long time. The reason being? I simply did not want to let the story and the characters go it was just too hard to even think about. But last week I realized it was time, so I did it. I read the last book and I loved it...It was a little hard to remember what happened in Angel which was the book before this one so I kind of wish that Patterson could have added some hints to make it easier to remember, but after talking to a fellow reader my memory became a little less foggy which made reading this a lot easier. So in the beginning of the books my feelings were clear. Fang was gone Dylan was here and I needed to learn to love him just like Max was having to do. This let me tell you was not easy but I got to the point where I liked Dylan a lot. Also Angel was dead and I had forgotten how she died, which made me feel like a terrible reader but when a certain someone got their own chapter a few times I started to feel less guilty.I have to say that there were a few changes in Max's character and I liked it quite a bit actually. She didn't change a crazy amount but when she started letting her guard down a little around Dylan I liked it, it was cute and there were some really sweet moments. As always I enjoyed the smaller characters of Iggy, Nudge, and Gazzy there all cuties and I love them!Lets talk about some things I didn't like. How about when Fang got his own chapter with his new flock and his clone of Max! Seriously! was that really necessary? Because it made me so mad! I guess the ending of the story made up for it but still! Also I just need to say something that confused me a little this may have happened in the last book but for some reason I thought that Ella who is Max's half sister was young like Angel young and then all the sudden she's kissing Iggy? So she must not be as young as I thought huh? Or maybe I just forgot that Iggy isn't that old? I'm not sure but either way it confused me.Either way though the book amazed me all the way through, from the ups and the downs the deaths and the reunions I loved every second of it all and that is why the book gets a 5 out of 5 stars. I feel at peace with the series ending even though I am going to miss it a lot.

some questions i have that were unanswered in the book
how the hell do you get functional wings, hollow bones, air sacs, and super powers from TWO PERCENT avian DNA? did you do your reserch here patterson? i kept thinking the Voice was gonna turn out to be God, i still dont beleve it was angel. if the Voice was angel then why did she tell dylan to kill fang? how many times is ari going to come back from the dead? how many times is fang going to come back from the dead? is dylan still chapped about fang and max or is he over that? did everyone die or what? what happened to iggy, nudge, and them? i wish i could have seen them one last time. why do wolves always hav to play the bad guys minions?! i think max should hav picked dylan because fang would hav manned up about it easyer than dylan. fang is more like a brother to max. why did no one develope the power to shoot webs? anything can happen in these books you know. do the bird kids molt? why dont they hav talons? how come gazzy and iggy hav such lame powers? (iggys my favorite character, he did not get enough spotlight.) why was the ending so vague and the description of maxs smooches with dylan and fangs so detailed? if they brought ari back to life so many times why couldnt they do it for the other more important bad guys? how come ari always does worse damage than any other eraser? what the heck was the point of fang leaving again? what happenend to holden and rachet?so maya dies and fang is back with max again? fang just does what he wants. oh my god people how can you even try going to school again? how did that end last time-- with an evil teacher who was working for the dark side, yes and that happened this time too. i thaught max was supposed to save the world and fang was supposed to die. the only damage that gas bomb thing caused was a tsunami and earthquakes? no radiation or whatever? shouldnt there be more survivors? is anybody gonna check for survivers? way to leave me hangin!ok, ok. i really did enjoy this book. i liked how the ending wasnt a happy one like always. i love winged people, wish i could fly. i liked the characters, and iggy:). i do not beleve global warming could end the world though. and all this cross species genetics crap is inacurate. but i did hav trouble puting the book down.

This series is awesome
When I asked God to give me a series with a lot of action, drama, wholehearted characters with great abilities, and final a good story, he farmed up the Maximum Ride Series which seems like Black Ops 2 Zombies ( The maps Tranzit, Die Rise, and Buried), All those superhero movies we all watched as kids and still enjoy today, and almost like the Americanized Version of Bollywood filming, I can already see you asking questions like "Is this guy from India" or something really racist like "Is he Indian?" The truth is I'm not but how I know this is because if you seen Pride and Prejudice, there is a Bollywood equivalent, Bride and Prejudice, that where an example of a true Bollywood film comes into place, like where everything is good, there's no violence, guy easily gets girl, but Americanized, so there's actually a story for an audience like us to understand and not like a children's book, where all it is is happiness all day long. This book is jam packed with awesomeness, and then some more, if you want, action, adventure, mystery, sci-fi, and people who are just like you, then I recommend this series to Heaven, graced, and then back again for a standing ovation, it's that good, I meant every word of it. Not joking I love it! So once again, if you are a teen struggling to find the perfect book with hot girls, tropical beaches, jam packed danger at every corner, crimes as high as the Empire State, and a reason to keep you hooked into reading then this is the series for you, read it and then when you read this, you can thank yourself for reading this book, and girls, who wouldn't want the perfect guy right? This book has sexy men too, and girls who when you read this sound like your BFF. To sum up read this series and when you read this you will not regret coming this far.

GOODBYE TO THE BIRD KIDS
I have (even as an adult) enjoyed the Maximum Ride series, non stop thrills and adventure are in each book, but I found the ending of this book and indeed the ending of the whole story arc unsatisfactory. There are great chapters and sadness, terror and all the normal hallmarks of the series, but the ending (which I won't reveal) seemed too quick, and the reader would want a bit more about what happened after the event. There were also a couple of parts that seemed to convenient and a bit bolted on, but the story as a whole over all the books is still a great way to spend time I just wanted a different ending..I guess.

Great End to the series
I really enjoyed this book. I thought it was a great end to the series. It is an unusual story and although the ending is a little far fetched it suited the series well. I was particularly happy with the romantic story lines and although some sad moments was pleased with who ended up together. If you have invested time reading the other books I am sure you will love this. If you have't read any of these books before then I would recommened you go back to the start! :-)

Great read for teens, young adults, anyone!
I started reading this series after reading the Alex cross novels. Although this series is aimed at teens I wouldn't dismiss reading if you are older! (I am 27). I really enjoyed following the loveable characters and after each book in the series couldn't help but wonder what they would be up to next. Very easy casual reading, doesn't require too much attention or thought. I would recommend to anyone, but especially perhaps people who don't really read that often.

Teenage Patterson
Fantastic series of Teenage Novels (do not have to be Teenager) if you like James Patterson you will love these books, all characters have a unique persona and quality you will find amusing and respectful ,the big "sis" Max is a good powerful character with all the problems of a teenager growing up and facing problems and overcomming them with the help of her adopted and extended family.

Incredible OMFG amazing awesome!!
I cannot believe the ending of this incredible series! The entire book was full of surprises suspense action and romance. I was beautifully written and I think it had the perfect ending to a brilliant series. I am so sad that it is over but I am happy with the way it is ended. All lose ends were tied up and there are no more questions left unanswered. But it was incredible OMFG amazing awesome!!
