I've been looking for a night vision monocular for some time and have read reviews on alot before I purchased this one I tried a more expensive one the picture was ok but it was rather large I needed one that I could use on a head set so I read about this one, all reviews was good so I got it in and I can tell you for the money you will not be disappointed it's easy to work and better than the one I tryed previously. I wasn't sure about the square screen until I looked into it and its very good because it seems like the fied of vew is much greater than a round vewer. Although it's not really set up for a helmet or head sets, or even a rifle, it's not heard to mount on any of these I purchased a rhino mount that was listed as a universal mount " from Amazon " and I just had to make a small slide mount out of a simple flat metal to shift it to line up with my eye but its well worth the effort. The night vision is equipped with a threaded hole on top and bottom as well as two small threatened holes on its left side so their is plenty of mounting options. You want an inexpensive night vision ? This little man will not leave you disappointed.

Far better than expected. Has two modes of illuminated viewing IR depending on light in surrounding area and no weird depth perception problem. Just as if you were viewing without anything at all. Excellent budget night optic for the average patriot.

Works great mostly just turns off randomly. I use it for hunting spotting mounted to a rhino j arm. Don’t expect to walk around with such a small FOV. Although I’ve seen people attach a fish eye lens to their nods and that’s helped.

Good for in side, outside 15-20 yards. Cant see IR light in air, Uses a very bright IR light to make up for low sensitivity. Get what you pay for,

Does what is supposed to. Although mine is advertised battery like 3 to 4 hours. I dont think i even get a full hour.. haven't tired a new/better brand battery yet. Run off external batteries as well so i just leave plugged in to charger bank.

It’s no tube Sight but for outdoor night spotting it is helpful for reference at best. I would not use this solely for night operating purposes. It fits on my J-arm mount but awkwardly so - the view finder is off canter by 45 degrees so the screen looks sideways like a diamond <> and not a square [ ]

Easy to turn on and off. Has a full color night vision mode to my surprise. I still like to use the black/white night vision mode though. Nice clarity as well. I have mine mounted on a J arm/rhino adapter to my helmet. 1x power along with a decent refresh rate allows you to walk around with no problems.

Oh "WOW"!!!! This is PERFECT!!! Highly recommendable!!! I've seen a lot! But this one is really absolutely amazing!!!! Zoom of 8X and it's so clear!!!! Just adjust it on the right focus and you'll be surprised!!!
