So it says there are 120 gummies in a jar and it says 5000iu. It doesn't say that each gummie is 2500iu and that two gummies make up a serving size. So you aren't getting 120 servings, you are getting 60. I find this deceptive because you are really getting half of what you thought you were getting.

They're delicious. The texture reminds me of Sunkist fruit gems which I LOVE because they're not chewy but are soft instead. Honestly if I wasn't an adult and knew that these were vitamins I would have thought they were candy. It's really hard to only eat the recommended dosage of these. YUM! Can you die from a Vitamin D overdose? Asking for a friend...

I can’t swallow pills so I’m always on the hunt for great gummies. These really missed the mark. Sickeningly Sweet jellies covered in sugar. They were truly so sugary, we can’t use them. Vitamin D maybe... Diabetes definitely. Lol sweeter than any candy or gummy I’ve ever had. We tossed them as we found them nauseating.

I REALLY wish they made just a candy, because these are absolutely delicious. I may forget to take every single one of my other vitamins some days, but I never forget to take this one because I greatly look forward to it. I wish I could eat more than just two. They are so sweet and don't taste like medicine at all. The closest flavor I can compare it to is a Sour Patch Kid, but more sweet than sour.

I do not understand the "Tooth Friendly" label on this product. Each gummie is covered in granulated sugar & the primary & secondary ingredients are cane sugar & glucose syrup. Water is the next ingredient, along with sucrose syrup. Tooth friendly? I think not. Besides, the taste is awful, like eating gum drops every day. I only ordered this product because Amazon no longer has the excellent product I normally purchase. I cannot take any more of these terrible candies--a waste of my money. If I cannot return, they will go in the trash.

Love the potency, good flavor (not sour but not syrupy sweet), my picky kid eats them so I’m happy. They’re very tasty, and I love that they are 2500 iu per gummy so he doesn’t have to take so many. Great quality and value.

The gummies are rolled in sugar that is so thick it crunches when you chew. Otherwise I'm sure they're perfectly helpful.

I give these to my daughter who is on the spectrum. Kids who are on the spectrum tend to need higher doses of vitamin d than kids/adults who are neurotypical which is why I bought adult vitamins instead of kid vitamins. I give her one instead of two but these have helped so much! She sleeps better, is more calm, less meltdowns, seems overall happier. I mean it’s hard to say but I do believe they do something, it’s like night and day. I’ve bought 4 bottles at this point because we love them so much! They taste good and my daughter is always willing and wanting to take her vitamin. Win for adults and kids in my book.
