Very decorative incense burner and very relaxing watching the smoke fall. Need to try other scents as the one sent with it is not good. The only problem is having to use this special incense to make the smoke flow downward. Regular incense will not cause this effect to happen.

Love the product but very difficult to find the incense with the hole in the middle for this to work properly. The only incense like this that Amazon sells stinks terribly.

Purchased as gift. The demos you see done online must be in a controlled environment bc the smoke waterfall doesn’t happen quite as beautiful with air conditioning homes. Still beautiful. Looks and smells great

My daughter loves it. However if you are sensitive to smoke you may not want this. It smells like incense.

If you've never seen a backflow incense burner work then it will been a fun thing to see at work. Other than that, it works well and does what it says. Not a very large piece, but it is a piece of art that actually has a function. Sits nicely on a shelf and can become a perfect discussion piece. Enjoy yours as we are ours.

I received this backflow incense burner a few days ago. I couldn’t wait for it to get here so I could try it out... Unfortunately I am disappointed... I have tried the incense cones that came with the burner and also additional ones I ordered separately... No matter where I sit the burner or the cones I use the smoke just travels upwards... I can not achieve the waterfall effect... I am using back flow cones... placing them where the holes line up and it’s away from any drafts/wind... but the smoke just rises🤦🏻‍♀️😩 If anyone has any advice please share... I was so excited and now just plain disappointed...

In the description it says that 10 incense cones come with the product. These were not shipped in the box. I gave as a gift and was incredibly disappointed that she could not try it out due to there being no cones in the package.

Looks beautiful but had a fault. Vendor was prompt in refunding and had excellent service.
