Great boat to handle weight
This is the perfect double kayak to handle large paddlers. Perception is one of best makers of plastic kayaks in my opinion and I have seen a lot of kayaks in my day. I have been sea kayaking for 20 years. Many double kayaks cannot handle large paddlers. This has the highest weight limit that I have researched.

Sturdy
A sturdy Kayak. Very good for beginners and intermediate paddlers. Tracks well. It did not come with scupper plugs. Seats need to be upgraded to high back.

Damaged and refused
I cant tell you how the kayak is because it never got out of the truck. When it arrived it looked like a well used kayak with scrapes and scuffs. Terrible considering we had waited a long time for it to be shipped. Very disappointing. We bought another one locally and the price was only a few dollars more.

We love it!
My wife and I purchased this Kayak for our anniversary gift to each other and we could not have made a better choice!! While it is a little heavy to get up on top of our truck, we manage. I would not give up the solid structure for less weight by any means. We have had it out on the water and fully enjoyed every moment.

Well made, too heavy.
This is a very pretty kayak, well made, but its way too heavy requires 3 people to lift. Cannot possibly be 75#.

Really a great boat!
Comfortable, tracks very well, does great on lakes and streams. My son just took her on the Cuyahoga River, rough and a bit wild. The boats blunt and heavy bow plows through waves and turbulence. And, very very well built. Came well wrapped up on a city truck. Buy, if you can!

Nice fishing vessel
I love it. I'm 6ft. 180lbs. Construction worker 59yrs old. It's big and with the extras I added its heavy. But very strong and durable. Fits three very nice..and beer. Of course were just fishing in it.

Great for a paddle for two
I really like this kayak. My wife and I like to use it. Be warned, it is heavy (80 lbs) so getting it on top of the car by yourself is difficult. I end up holding the handles and balancing it on my head to get it on the car. I have paddled in it solo, but you will need to add hardware in order to clip the seat in the middle position. At first, I thought it sucked that the manufacturer omitted the hardware for the center seat, but if you carry the kayak from the middle handle, the hardware will dig into your thigh. So if you don't need it, don't add the hardware.
