Swing-N-Slide WS 8348 Tioga Fort Swing Set, Wood

So easy to put together if you follow the steps. Me and my husband got it done in one full day. The kids love it and the quality is fantastic! The only thing is it took forever to deliver and kept making us change our delivery date because it needed a signature, but it delivered without one anyways which makes no sense. Other then that it’s a great buy!

Shipping was awful. Scheduled a delivery day/time at the time of order, day came and it necer showed up. Amazon doesnt do anything for you, had to sit on the phone with the shipping company who couldnt find it. Three days later it waa discovered it was never picked up. Finally delivered two weeks after scheduled delivery (about 6 weeks after ordered.) Finished product is good & sturdy, exactly as I expected it to be when reading the other reviews (and reviews of the same peoduct on other sites). Few things to point out. The instructions do not match the photo in the listing. Meaning if you are using the photo as a reference, some of the pieces will actually end up in different places on the actual unit (not a big deal, just a tip). The main instruction packet is very deatiled, HOWEVER, the order of assembly doesnt always make sense, so read one page ahead and do things your way. The swings/slide & glider come with their own instructions that are different than the main instruction packet, use the individual instructions (not the packet). It totaled to 181 pieces (3 of which were not used and could not be found in the instruction packet), thousands of screws (hundreds of different lengths that your really dont need). It took 4 adults about 9 hours to assemble. There is peeling, cracking and splitting, but all of it was expected. Overall good product, just make sure you are organized.

Horrible product. Difficult to assemble. Wood cracked and many pieces missing. They said they’d replace piece and never did.Amazon should ditch this company.

The installation took two days, the instructions were not detailed and clear enough, too cumbersome. Recommend to improve, it has been used almost two months, there is no major problem, but Looks like the screws of slider part are missing, I purchase 4 of the screws on local store, and if it add two thicker boards on both side of the towers will be better, because when two big kids swing on same time, feel like the tower shaking, other than that, kids have lots of fun with it, and we set up a sand box under the tower, kids love it so much.

Difficult to assemble. Make sure you have a couple of people and plenty of time. The directions are kind of confusing, but are good enough that I figured it out. My son is 2 and learned how to climb the rock wall easily and loves the whole structure, especially the swings! (The slide is definitely not made for adults or large children btw but they can climb up the ladder and use the swings)

Where do i start... wood is stamped with part #s on edge (on grain) that are hard to read, the bags of screws were ALL labeled wrong had to measure to write correct part #, missing wood piece PF6452 on step36 diagram but not on parts list and 6X Beam Clamp Slotted step23. Also leftover pieces not on the diagram but is on parts list and few pieces not listed at all. Wood pieces PF6414, PF6180, PF6007 and PF6025. Since it was sturdy I give 3 stars but looks like it needs a paint job once complete.
