Mounted this on my 2016 SRT8. My car has ...
Mounted this on my 2016 SRT8. My car has the front sensor for adaptive cruise control and other features, so I mounted the the bracket off-center. I was able to use one existing bolt, then had to drill two small holes in on the underside of the front air splitter (no one will see them). The bracket did not sit exactly flush with the air splitter, the kit include a single small spacer, but that seemed to be if the lone rear mounting point was more recessed than the front two mounting bolts. For my 2016 SRT, it was the opposite, the front two bolts needed a spacer to allow the mount to be as secure as possible. I went down to my home improvement store and picked up a couple of large rubber washers and those did the trick. In this offset configuration I have not noticed any problem with the adaptive cruise control, collision avoidance warnings, etc.The bracket seems fairly solid, but I would have preferred some toggle bolts or something more secure for the front mounting bolts. The supplied bolts are self tapping and are just tapping into the plastic underside of the air splitter. If you tighten them too much you can strip the plastic and this would result in a loose connection. With the bracket mounted the plate is secure, but its not rock solid. It only as solid as the underside of the front splitter which was not designed to support a licese plate bracket. Its not to the point that I feel concern, but it would worth noting.

Almost
Ordered this for a '15 Scat Pack Shaker.Solid quality, feels well manufactured in the hand, looks sturdy mounted. However, it isn't mounted as sturdy as it needs to be. The back screws go directly into the plastic. While this is OK for light use, i found that in daily driver use, its just isn't a strong enough way of mounting.Scraping: If you scrape it, it pulls on those weak plastic holes and eventually the mount will pull off, as is what happened in my case. Now I expected with a device like this, there would be scraping and it would be designed to handle scrapes, but not for it to come off completely after only a few scrapes. Found the base laying in my driveway when I came home one day, I was lucky it fell off there. The back plate wasn't mounted at the time, for a separate issue below..Lock Pin: Within a few weeks of having the plate on, the lock pin fell out by itself at some point while driving, and later that night, I noticed that my plate was sticking out from the chin spoiler, and I realized that pin was gone. Could it have been scraped off? Maybe, but not likely as it's positioned on the side of the rails. Anyways, the whole device was rendered useless after that and is the reason the base was on by itself.I've still got the base, I can get replacement screws easy, but now I have to engineer a way to secure it as the original way is no good. I also have to find a new lock pin somewhere to use this product.Overall, for the price, I would expect a little more quality out of the performance. It feels like the choice in materials is good, but the final delivery came up a bit short for me.

Fits my 2015 rt shaker challenger just fine
Removed one of the bolts that held the airdam in the front and off to the passenger side to install. Had to use the other two provided self tapping screws to secure to the airdam. Only took a few minutes. It's more secure than I thought it would be, and doesn't scrape on anything for me.

Sits a lil bent not straight.
Nice product, however item sits a lil bent to the right on my show car. I’m like the design that u can easily remove and reinstall license plate. But this product does not feel sturdy since it only screws into light plastic underneath front bumper. No bolts or screws go into anything with substance.

Nice front plate option for a 2016 Challenger Hellcat
This unit installed very easily on my 2016 Challenger Hellcat. The instructions are spot on. Be careful aligning the piece before you commit to drilling the two holes; make sure the plate is straight ahead so you won't regret your drilling choices. I do wish the plate would not seem as "flimsy" on the mount - you can wiggle the plate around, but it is a trade-off for the way the removable portion mounts into the permanent plate. The two rods permit this sort of wiggling. Perhaps if a solid straight piece of metal were used instead of two round rods, this would be solved. This is a minor issue. I love how the front end looks with no plate - there is no sight of the mounting hardware at all. Buy with confidence.

Should be a Straight from dealer install
So, purchased a new 17 Challenger, and saw to my dismay upon removing the front license plate that the dealer mauled the daylights out of the front center of my bumper. So dissapointed. But to my dismay, i found Big Mikes licence plate bracket. Installed in 15 minutes, and now am back to being legal as needed on the road. I offset my plate, and tinted it which is not allowed, but figure its more of an attempt to be kosher than not having it at all over here in ct. Love the bracket. Would roll 4.5 stars, as i have to often rotate it square again as it seems to flex slightly enough under driving conditions to rotate just out, but definitely better than 4 stars. This should be a dealer installed option. Especially if the vehicle comes from a high end dealer... Thanks so much guys. Even arrived earlier than the proposed shipping date!

Its OK.
Product as advertised, however, it is NOT worth the price for it. Its made of aluminum and may use 0.20 cents of aluminum. Beware though, that this is installed lower than the front bumper and if you go over like a speed bump, like those at a Costco, you're going to pretty much bend it. I think the mounting screws weigh more than the actual mount itself.

Easy to Install Instructions Slightly Flawed
The tool sizes are not right. You need a 7mm socket and a 10mm , dont need 6mm or 8mm that is for the rear hole. Also the instructions should say up front you will be drilling through plastic, not metal to get that out of the way. Final thing the directions dont actually say what size drill bit to use for the two forward holes. You can figure it out from the tool list but come on, put it in the paragraph where the operation is described.
