It broke out of the box
The mug was wrapped ok but because I didn't know what was in the box while opening it the mug fell out of the box and the handle broke off in many pieces. Therefore I cant use the mug which is a shame. The lettering was fine but I think a note in large letters on the top of the box when it is opened would alert the person that the mug was in box . I did see a thank you but wasn't sure what it was for until the mug was broken on the floor. I cant afford to purchase another mug at this time.

Beautiful mug, paint chips off
Beautiful mug, exactly as pictured. Quality isn’t great, though. I ran it through the dishwasher twice and the painting chipped off. Would recommend having it as purely decorative. Definitely don’t put in dishwasher.
