I had an atypical use case which led some issues but customer support responded super fast and made it right. the interaction was genuine.My use case was a link speed conversion rather than the fiber/copper conversion. I had a multi-gig (5G-Base-T on UTP side and 10G-Base-T OPNSense on the other side) Even tho the connection was established, it was still 10G-Base-T on both sides which led to collision errors for the upload (TX) packets.
