Ordered 3 harnesses! Tested each one before install and all 3 get constant power without the toggle switches even connected?? Relay issues??

I really don't think it would be a relay issue. I don't think 3 would be bad but you never know. I've got 2 of the same ones and didn't have any issues. Are you sure you aren't giving constant power to it? Not being sarcastic but check your wiring I don't see how 3 could be bad

Is it possible to buy a replacement switch for this harness?

I am sure you can replace the switch, it a common switch found at most auto parts retailers, average price $5. just a 3blade switch.

Quality product, switch not suitable for bike handlebar mount

Very good quality product. Totally satisfied with the purchase. The rocker switch provided by the company is suitable for car dashboard, not suitable for bike handlebar mounting. As I'm going to install it on my bike I have to make some minor modifications with the switch. So deducting 1 star.. Otherwise very good product. 100% recommended..
