I ordered this Pirate outfit for a company party we are going to in May. I also ordered another pirate outfit as I couldn't decide between the two. I have decided to keep the other outfit and return this one but mainly because the other outfit matches the outfit I bought for my husband. However, this costume is very nice, much nicer than I expected! It is a one piece dress and very pretty. The blouse part covering the shoulders and arms is see through lace and can be worn on the shoulder or pulled down on the arms. If you were to wear a bra with it the straps would show but white straps may not be as obvious. I typically wear a size 12 so I ordered the large and it fits well. The length is appropriate and not too short. The material is thin but for a costume, I think it is good quality. The bodice is made with a velvet type of material.This is a very cute costume and would look very nice with sexy boots. I feel it is very good quality for the price. I think you will be happy with this purchase!

Cute costume but if you're looking for something of a sexy pirate, this isn't it. I ended up returning the item.In my opinion upon trying it on:Not flattering and a bit frumpy.It runs a bit large even following the size guide. Threading the lace ribbon was annoying as each eyelet was not the same size, but to see the fit and get the full effect, this needed to be done. The sleeves were a little itchy but not horrible.Dress material was comfortable and covered necessary areas.The price was fair for what it was.To me it was just okay.

The outfit was nice for the price, however, the description said it included the jewelry and sword. When I received it, the package only contained the dress and headband. The dress was nice and fit nicely. It was at least 3 inches shorter than what is pictured. I am 5'5". I returned it because without the accessories, it just looks like a tavern woman.

This is a nice roomy dress, yet it is not droopy. It will accommodate a pretty good range in sizes, probably from about size 8 to size 12, and maybe a little beyond if you don't mind it being snug. The bodice can be adjusted with the laces. The lace sleeves are off the shoulder, as stated in the description. The material is soft and flowy. The lace might be a little delicate for the wash machine, but I think it will definitely last through hand washing, and possibly the delicate cycle. This is a really cute look that is great for all ages, not too sexy, not at all dowdy.

Bought this for a pirate festival, very happy with the fit and quality of product. However decided to save it for a renaissance event as just not Pirate-ey enough for the look and style for the event originally intended. Thats my fault though for being fickle.

Needed for a last minute Renaissance Faire and it's great for the price. Fits fairly true-to-size (maybe a little big if you have a smaller chest), doesn't feel super cheap to the touch, and I got it overnight.

I would recommend this costume. I purchased small. I am 5'3, 135lb, 34 D. Happy with this purchase but decided to go with another costume that came with full accessories. Otherwise I highly recommend this costume. I also think this costume is appropriate for teens.

I loved this costume. I bought it for disneyland halloween. It fit quite large, but the lace up front is adjustable. It's decent quality and I dressed it up with some jewelry and a fancy pirate hat.

Also ich bin begeistert!Ich hatte davor ein anderes Piratenkostüm bestellt, was einfach an einigen Stellen zu groß war und dann wieder zu kurz. Ich war schon kurz vorm aufgeben ein Kostüm zu finden, dass nicht nach billigem Stoff aussieht, so passt, dass man sich auch einen ganzen abend darin wohl fühlen kann und preislich erschwinglich ist. Und mit diesem hier hatte ich Glück. Es sieht sehr schön aus und passt einwandfrei. Mit dem Band im Haar ein echter Hingucker für mich! Danke!

C'est un très beau costume, mais il faut avoir des bottes qui ressemblent aux bottes pirates... sinon je dirais que le costume ressemble plus à celui d'une gitane. Mais d'adore dans tous les cas!- Tissus de bonne qualité pour un costume- Prevoir à porter des leggins quand même parceque la jupe est vachement courte à certains endroits (et c'est dire quelque chose car je porte deja des robes courtes en temps normal)- Un collier à grosses perles ne serait pas de trop- taille OK
