Wife reports this product has been a game changer in her carnivore journey. She reacts negatively to sulfa/sulfer and this formula does NOT have sulfer in it and is lower in sodium. She adds it to her nightly apple cider vinegar and water mix to help the flavor of the mix and to help leg cramps.

I add a few drop before, during and after the hitting the courts especially after excessive sweating. you can add it to a drink if you want, it does have a minerally taste but as it should. it has the right balance of what the body needs. not just pickle juice

Hi-Lyte seems to be a good product who has a need to replenish a lot of electrolytes. It does have a bit of a "salty" taste. What I didn't like about it was since I didn't really need a lot of electrolytes, just some, it upset my stomach. I have gone to a milder electrolyte replacement product

Really like that this is tasteless as I can just throw in a few drops into my water to stay hydrated. It’s great that if I wanted to I can throw in some lemon to give it some taste. Also an added plus is that it’s low in sodium compared to other hydration options.

Solid product. And everyone who has tried it with us says they felt better than normal the next morning (after a long day or night of drinks). **Very Grateful for the lower sodium option! Especially for those who deal with blood pressure issues, but still need to replenish the other minerals. Tip: Just make sure your ratio of the supplement to water mixture is fairly high or you’ll taste it. (We personally do about 12 drops to 32 oz of ice water).

I love this product, basically zero taste and a little goes a long way. A bottle typically last us a month between my husband and I. It’s a easy way to get extra electrolytes into our system, can add to anything from water to smoothies.

I have used this product for several years. Last order of two bottles have a Toxic taste and smell, both bottles. I contacted customer support not much of a response been along time since I have last heard from them and still no resolution. I expected more since my health is important. Don't want to be poisoned.

This is the best electrolyte product I have ever found. I just want to drink water without it tasting like medicine, and you cannot notice when you only put in like half a teaspoon per cup of water! There's no grittiness, there's no strange sickly sweet or weirdly salty taste, it's not oily, this stuff is well worth the price!
