I've been a born again Christian for decades, but still really enjoyed this book. It is PERFECT for new believers and a wonderful refresher for seasoned believers. I highly recommend it. Oh! And each chapter takes less than 15 minutes to read.

This book provided so much great information, and my mind can now make sense of the Bible. The pieces all came together and clicked. I'll likely reference it for years to come.

Simplifies the Bible and helps you to understand from start to finish using repetition and analogies. Good for anyone, regardless if you are new to the Bible or have been studying it for years.

The media could not be loaded. I don’t even have words to express, this book has been the ONLY BOOK that has allowed me to “GET IT” to understand HOW the Bible was written, I don’t know why I didn’t Get THIS BOOK before the 20 other books that did NOTHING for me, this has a way of me SEEING & it computes in my brain, writing over as we’re told to do and filling out spaces and maps it’s DIVINE AND IMMENSILY JOYFUL as I’m learning, almost like a work book BUT no so workbookish this writer is heaven sent.heaven sent. I cannot BELIEVE that I now understand patriarchs, kings. All the names Eras it’s All coming together after studying so hard it never computes.. THIS BOOK WILL MAKE YOU WISH YOU NEVER BUY ANOTHER BOOK ON HOW TO UNDERSTAND GODS LOVE STORY TO US HIS CHILDREN.. I’m in heaven each day learning FINALLY though this AMAZING BOOK….

I wish I had discovered this book earlier in my Christian walk. I appreciated the overview of scripture, seeing where and how things line up. This book is exactly what it claims to be, a means of understanding the Bible. This is not a commentary but acts more as a summary, giving the reader some major guideposts from which to gain an understanding of the Bible in the broad view. Following the biblical outline, the author covers 10 major doctrines of the Church universal. My two favorite sections of the book are the nano summary, which does an even more condensed look at the Bible, covering the story, the teaching and the main message in 3000 words, and the section on mastering the Bible so well that it masters you. This book is NOT a substitute for diving into scripture but rather a tool to clear the way and let the student know what to expect in the unfolding story of scripture. This book can act as a launch point to greater understanding of the Word of God.I received an advance copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.

I grew up attending church, but as I’ve aged, I’ve stopped going. I felt the need for a refresher on the Bible, and this book was an excellent resource for that. It presents the Bible in a concise manner, ensuring that you don’t feel overwhelmed by the vast amount of information. Moreover, there are short quizzes at the end of each section to reinforce your understanding of the key points you’ve read.

Purchased for a church bible program that meets weekly to discuss the chapters. A lot of conversations are happening about what we've read and how each individual responds with what they knew or now know based on what we've read. Great purchase.
