Softsoap Body Butter Body Wash - Heavenly Vanilla - 15 oz - 2 pk

I like SoftSoap products but this one left a lot to be desired. The "Butter" part of the body wash is very thick - like spreading peanut butter that's been in the frig for a bit. Vanilla scent is nice but not really strong and I felt no difference with the texture of my skin. It's the same as with other Soft Soap products. So I went to the store and got another Soft Soap body wash, not body butter, and am enjoying that.

I guess there is a reason these are sold as packs. Maybe trying to get rid of a bad batch? These don't smell at all like the same brand/product I bought in the store. The one I bought in store had a natural, soft, creamy smell of Vanilla. These smell very fake and artificial. I am so disappointed, I am even hesitant to use them. I wanted a soft-smelling skin, a cozy shower experience, but this smells like plastic to me!

This smells very good. I love the smell of Vanilla and this really brings it out. I would recommend using a loofah to help spread it on the body. Let it set for a few minutes before washing off. My co-workers think it's wonderful.

Softsoap Body Butter Body Wash is literally the consistency of Elmer's glue. Leaves skin soft, but...I just don't feel like it is a super "clean" feeling bodywash. Vanilla scent is super light, doesn't stay. I've only used it once and I am debating if I want to use it again..it is a two pack too!!~ Perhaps for shaving?? XD

This is the perfect body wash, don't ever change a thing.Smell: AwesomeLather: It's so thick you have to use a secondary container and thin it a little with bottled water, ya get more for your money, 1 part water to 4/5 parts shampoo.

Does not smell like vanilla at all. The best way I could describe the smell is plastic buttermilk waffles with a hint of berry.. Very bad smelling combo. Don't know if that was the intended scent but I dread taking showers now. Using tons of it so I can get rid of it faster and go back to smelling nice...

I don't know what this smells like, but it is awful and it is not a vanilla scent at all. It is just gaggy bad. And the worst thing is, is that I have bought this before and had to throw it out, and now I have done it again, with a 2 pack.

Tried using this soap in the shower. It did not lather up very well. Real disappointment... maybe too much butter? I bought it for the Vanilla, but apparently the vanilla effect was missing. Too bad.
