Wouldnt buy this again. It’s so small that you have to stay still and not move in order to keep this in place. I used it for two things. Keeping it under my right leg, to elevate the heel off the mattress since I was experiencing heel pain. Well like I said, you have to remain still, and that’s not convenient. I also used it between my knees when lying on my side. This didn’t work, since it’s so small, my heels would touch. I ended up buying a large square pillow instead. It worked much better. It remains in place through out the night despite repositioning.

The pillow is very firm so we don’t have to worry about it getting too thin while using. It is a little on the thicker side which takes some getting used to, and also my cause issues for people who are using for back pain.

I really liked that this helped relieve some of my back and hip pain from pregnancy, but it was a bit too firm for my liking.

Like the "cushy" feeling but wish it was a bit thinner since I have short legs.

well shaped, serves purpose well, much thicker than I need (I am a thin person). I suggest at least two sizes, based on thickness of leg.

Excellent product! Since I started using it, I have not had any back or hip discomfort and sleeping much better! I highly recommend this product!
