SpryXylitol Gum, Stronger Longer Bubble Gum, 55ct

This gum kept kicking me out of ketosis. I don't understand what's in it. And it gets so hard....Don't think I'll be buying anymore if this. Was a bit of a nightmare tbh

Our kids have used xylitol to help prevent cavities since they were old enough to suck on mints. Once they could chew gum without swallowing, we made the switch. They chew two pieces every night after brushing teeth and neither of them has had a cavity. My husband, a dentist and avid xylitol promoter, was party of a study that proved xylitol's health benefits in a population prevalent with tooth decay. I was skeptical at first but am a firm believer now. We like Spry products because of the multitude of flavors. The Bubble Gum is our latest try, and the kids approve. No, it doesn't hold it's flavor forever, but we don't buy it with the same purpose as regular gum. Our kids chew it for about 2-3 minutes each evening and then spit it out before going to bed. Xylitol helps to neutralize the pH in the mouth which helps prevent tooth decay. It works! Warning: stick to just a couple pieces a day with kids. Anything more can cause stomach upset.

This is my favorite of the Spry gum flavors, primarily because it doesn't leave an after tasted yet satisfies a sweet tooth.I haven't found a long lasting natural gum but this lasts long enough for me to stop before I chew myself into a headache. If the taste kept going on forever I might too, and then my head would hurt.You can't blow bubbles with it. It's bubblegum flavor, which is a fruit blend, not a middle school honking piece of bubble yum. I think it tastes just like Bazooka Joe, which I really like. I wish I could get one of the big containers of this.

Glad to have healthier gum alternatives but the flavor lasts for maybe less than 5mins. If you just need to get food out of your teeth its a good chewing gum but not for longer than maybe 5mins.

I tried Glee, Pur and this one Spry. They taste similar but Spry's flavor lasts longer. Spry's plastic container is convenient with a flip-tip top but seems like a lot of plastic to buy for 55 pieces of gum (not very eco-friendly). In second place was Glee gum, which comes in eco-friendly cardboard boxes. Last place is Pur, which comes in a plastic bag. They all taste OK. I got it for my teenager who likes to chew gum when he's studying but don't want him ingesting all that aspartame you just can't get away from with regular gum. He usually eats 2 or 3 pieces of Spry at a time and that lasts him all the way through homework.
