These are great! I’m an adult female 5’3 and weighs 120lb so I got a size large. The description said if I weigh more than 110 to go for a large so that’s what I did and they fit fine. The only thing is my arms are really skinny and the elbow and wrist guards would have fit more snug with a small, but it’s not an issue. I really like how the pads don’t restrict any motions. Even though they look small they’re padded well enough and I feel safe with them.

I want to learn ice skate，so I bought It. Fortunately, I chose the large size. I am 5.5" and 130lb. It fits me very well. Hopefully, my experience will help whoever will buy the item to decide the size. The quality of the product is very good. It's worth the price.

I'm adult an adult woman, 5'4" 150 lbs. I bought a size L. I bought these pads because I am taking ice skating lessons and I am a complete novice, so I expect to fall a few times. The pads seem sturdy and like they will do what they're supposed to do. The wrist guards are a little big on me but I have very small wrists, so they should fit an average wrist fine. The elbow pads fit me well. Someone a little larger than me could wear them. The knee pads were too tight over jeans if I tried to put my leg through the sleeve, so I just lay the pad over my jeans and wrap the straps around. The knee pads are still pretty tight (I can hardly get the top strap far enough around to velcro it) but I have chunky thighs, so if you have more slender legs you'll be fine.

The size L fits my 12 year old perfectly. Nice thick cushion, well made.

It fits my knees and elbows so well. I feel very comfortable while wearing them. I am learning skateboarding right now. With the 3 sets, I feel so safe and protected. It helps me learn skateboarding without fears and worries. Recommended!

This really shouldn't be labeled as "adult," but for adults like me who are wondering if they can fit a size, here is my experience. I'm a 5'5 135 lbs adult female, and here's how I compared the the size guide:Scroll through the product guidelines to see the size guide. Ignore weight, that's based on youth frames. For elbow to wrist (A/B/C), I was 10, 9, 7. This matches me with the high end of the Large size for my elbow, and matches me with Medium for the wrist. For D/E I was 16 and 15, placing me above the Large size. I went for Large since its easier to tighten the straps then fix a tight fit, and I figured I wasn't too much over on the legs.And lo and below, the elbows fit, the wrist was large, and the knees were a little tight. Even though the wrist guard is large, the straps can tighten with plenty to spare to make it snug. I cut through the stretchy knee pad band to make it looser around my thigh.So, I give this 5 stars because I got exactly what I predicted from the size guide and the product quality is what I expected.TLDR Adults use the fize guide to get a true idea of what will fit.

I got these for my nephew who recently took up skatebaording. It fits him well he is a pre teen and the pads are made of good and strong plastic material. It has stretchable bands along the pads so you can customize the fit. Now I don't have to worry about him breaking a bone while learning how to skateboard.
