The Princess Robe
This terry cloth is not too heavy but it is just right if you need a long robe. I stand at about 5’3” and it suits me well. There is a hood which is really beautiful. Sometimes we have to run outside and grab the dog so you will look awesome doing that in this. Thank you.

Great quality
This robe is very soft, the length is perfect and the color black is beautiful. Having the good was an extra bonus!

Honest & thorough review
Let me start out by saying, I'm 5'3" & 170 Lbs. with an oddly shaped torso - very short waisted. I bought the X-Large size to accommodate my shape and light grey for helping to hide cat hair. That being said, here's my assessment. The packaging was excellent, the robe folded professionally. I was very excited to get a robe that hit the floor, not stop at mid thigh; my expectations were met, and then some. Right out of the package, the robe was too long while wearing regular slippers - I had to kick it out of the way to walk and not trip. However, while sitting down and in curling up with knees tucked, the circumference covered me up. There are no inner ties, but that can be easily remedied even by a non-sewer. The hood is great, another feature I wanted. The sleeves are a bit on the short side for anyone with longer arms. With two belt loop choices, longer torsos than mine don't have to worry about where the tying hits for comfort.I took a few moments to decide whether to keep the robe and live with what I got. Decision made, I got to work. The fabric is like that of a pool-side towel at a hotel - not very thick, but will dry a body off if put on right out of the shower. It is about as soft/not soft as said towel. I don't use fabric softener, so can't comment on whether that would help. If someone has OCD like I do, they will go over the entire garment trimming loose threads. The hems of the sleeves, the bottom, the belt, and the hood are rough stitched - no fold over. The pockets and main seams are all double stitching and appear well done. I have a microfiber, fleece plush robe that is too hot and has an over-thick shawl collar that drives me nuts, so the lack of thicker material was not as much of a concern for me as it might be for others. With PJs on, I feel it will be warm enough; for outside, fall has not quite hit so I can't speak to outside warmth either. I also run hot, so in this area I might be unfavorably biased.Ignoring general washing instructions and removing all tags for comfort - I'm all in at this point- I washed the robe in warm water and dried it for an hour on medium heat, following up with 20 minutes on high heat. At that point, I tried it on again. The overall length shrunk about 1+ inches, the sleeves about 1/2+ inch and the hood also shrunk some. For me, this worked - I was not tripping on the bottom - as the robe was just grazing the floor. The sleeves still hit my wrists while arms hanging down, rising on slightly when extending arms out in front/to the side. The hood still came to the front of my head. While sitting down/curling up, each side of the robe overlap still covered both knees. As to whether it will hold up in use and through future washings, time will tell.Bottom line, I gave this garment 4 stars because it works for me with features that I wanted. I hope my description helps give a better idea to other buyers as to whether the robe will work for them. Unless a piece of clothing is pristine, ready to wear right out of the bag, and holds original sizing after washing, I will not give it 5 stars.Happy lounging!

Nice but…..
Nice weight, length, color. The hood though features very rough finishing and open seams. Overall but cheaply sewn

Best. Robe. Ever.
Ok so let’s jist start out by saying that this is the best robe ever. I am 5’8” and weigh around 130lbs. I purchased a large because my arms are longer than most medium clothes. I absolutely love this robe. It’s not super heavy, so if you’re looking for a crazy thick terry cloth type robe, this is not it. I found that the heaviness of most robes I was getting were uncomfortable and felt like it was weighing me down after just a few minutes. This robe is like a super soft lighter to medium weight towel. Not too soft with fuzzies getting all over you but not so rough that it gives rug burn as I move about in it. I like that the seams aren’t too thick and the hood completely covers my head. Also I’m tall and it comes to *just barely (1-2 inches) above* the floor when I wear it so it’s long, sleeves come just past my wrists and it’s not so thick that I’m sweating in it. The cotton feels like quality to me for the price. I got grey and as I tried it on my friend says “wow, that looks like a Jedi robe”. Yep. Keeping. I’m not a huge SW nerd but I love the way the Jedi dress in Star Wars. They always look so comfy!! And so am I now. Love this robe, really really hoping it holds up well because it’s the best one I’ve found yet. I have been searching for a robe this comfortable for years. Years. I’ve purchased 4 in the last month. My search is over. Thank God. I was getting pretty annoyed with it. The medium would have fit me just fine but I don’t think that after washing in COLD water and drying on LOW heat (if you do hot/hot it WILL shrink!!) the sleeves would have still come to past my wrists the way I prefer due to my long arms. Anyway, hope this helps whoever may be reading it!!! Take care, be well and I wish you happiness & joy :-)

Literally the worse robe that i have ever seen....such a waste of time and money.
This items discretion is wrong and misleading. This rode is falling apart all over myself and my house. It's literally brand-new but looks so old and busted. I seriously wonder if they sent me a used item because its so ratty. There isn't any binding on the end of the fabric so it's going to forever fall apart. I sized up so i could have a big flowy robe for after an abdominal surgery but this was not what i needed.. this robe cost me so much and made a massive mess of my house.I hate that i even wasted my time, energy and money on this crap. The maker should be shammed of themselves because no one deserves this misleading and expensive garbage.I'm disabled and have thing's sent to my home for many reasons. Unfortunately, i must pay someone to return this trash to the manufacturer and it's such a let down. The hood isn't actually a hood, it doesn't even cover the whole head and the seams are all bunched up so it's a wavy mess. The seamstress clearly doesn't care about their work and that's truly sad.The robe isn't a true L because i sized up and it's still way too small. I'm a tiny human that's 5'6 and it didn't even go to my ankles. The shoulders and sleeves are super tiny. The pockets are in the front and very close to the center when the should be more on the sides. If the robe was tied the pockets would be blocked. I fit in Jr sizes and this ladies L was to small... that makes no sense to me at allllll. This was a very expensive and messy let down.

Not the best quality
I got this robe as an alternative than the higher prices robes like this. I do like the length on this robe. I do which it was a size bigger and I got the biggest size. But the actual material just feels like a cheap towel. I wish it was made with a higher quality material.

Amazing Robe, I want to live in it!Great colour, style, material, can’t say enough awesome things about this robe. It’s a must have! It was a few inches too long for me, I cut it and was going to hem it, but I prefer the fringe look.

Terrible
The quality of this is really REALLY bad. For very little more I could have had far better much higher quality. And regrettably, I then went on to buy better elsewhere for cheaper 😭. What a waste of money, time, and fabric. No one even wants it as a giveaway.Imagine the worst towel you’ve ever had, years and years old…then imagine it’s fashioned vaguely well enough to be robe…thin and thin and raw (only overlocked) edges…worse than I could have made myself and I can barely sew.

Lovely housecoat
Need to order upsize in order to be able to put in dryer-lots of shrinkage. Quality of housecoat is light (I like that) First one I ordered was medium-no way it goes into dryer- 2nd one ordered XL-washed and dried-turned out perfect length and appropriate amount of wrap around

Terrible quality item.
Description does not match, quite deciving. The fabric of the item was so thin and oerall looked ery cheap. If they had charged $20 I would understnd by such an expensive piece should not look/ feel like that.
