This book is wonderful, everything is quick to prepare using ingredients I always have available and impressive results. A fantastic book for every kitchen.

This should be re-released. It's the most useful cookbook I own and I still use it every few days, after a decade. 650+ recipes, all tested and practical, not extravagant. Just what every household needs.

This book, this chef, has saved my bacon so many times. When I am out of ideas, I turn to my friend Annabel, and the food is always thoughtful, delicious, EASY and DIFFERENT. Silver Palate is still one of my favorites, and Joy of Cooking is the best for basics, but you will never fail to find inspiration for NOT boring meals here! Recommend as the one cookbook I would take with me, if I could only have one. I work as a professional chef on a yacht, been doing this for 28 years. Simply the Best!

I started watching Annabel Langbein. She is amazing! Her book is spectacular with easy recipes with awesome flavor. I would like to purchase the Simple Pleasures cookbook

Huge fan of Annabelle langbein. Love her show on Create And her recipes deliver. This book is filled with lots of wonderful recipes. However, it's Difficult to read! The type is small and light in color. I usually have to transcribe the recipe so I can read them. She needs a better print designer!

Love this book and love this cook. Her books are hard to come by apparently because she is from New Zealand. The price was right and I would recommend any of Annabel Langbeins books.
