Great Box depending on what you want to use it for, and you can't beat the price
I see a lot of whining in some of these reviews about the case not being completely waterproof, only locks on one side, etc. All this for a box that costs less than nine bucks. I bought mine so I can neatly store my shotgun shells, and have a more elegant means of transporting my ammo to and from the range. I didn't buy it to drop in a pond, protect my ammo from determined thieves, or drag behind my pickup truck. So, if that's your goal, you will not be happy with this box. For my purposes, it is sturdy, holds a decent amount of ammo and keeps it safe from the rain, is a decent looking box, and helps me keep my ammo organized at home and at the range. For me, this box works great and is well worth the minimal price.

Solid and reliable
High quality for the money. Solid and reliable.Only caveat is that you will like it, and you'll end up wanting more, or bigger cases. I ended up buying another one in this size, and then a couple of their larger size.

Nice small ammo box
If you are considering the newer version of this box called Rustrictor get this one.The Rustrictor plastic looks and feels cheap and the latch is not as nice as this older one.This box will hold four 25 round boxes of 2.75" 12guage shells standind tall. Or 1 standing tall and 2 laying flat nicely. There is room for a dessiccant pack between the side and the shell box. The lid has a rubber gasket and closes nicely, and the latch seems to work pretty smooth and latches good. I decided to buy this box because of a review I read on a cheaper one that said the top started to bow when they picked it up with just 2 boxes of shells in it. This one does not bow at all when fully loaded. It feels sturdy and secure. Seems like a nice compact box for storing 100 rounds and carrying them to the range.
