No more engine light warning
Fixed my ongoing engine light issue. Spent $400 getting the issue diagnosed by a "BMW certified technician", bought the suggested part, eccentric valve, and NOTHING! Looked on Youtube, ordered the part and installed it, very easy, remove main engine cover, remove two side engine covers, carefully pop caps of valve covers and replace with new ones. Of course, one of my covers had a nice slice in it causing sizable air leak. Been driving for a few weeks, no light.
