Tooth & Honey Big Dog Stripe Shirt Pullover Full Belly Coverage (Medium)

XXL fits our 110#, 39” chest, 1y/o red doberboy perfectly. He had been wearing shirts protectively, healing from a terrible chest rash, but he is also a Southern boy who gets cold. I have been sewing/repairing so many holes in the lighter weight fabric of other brands- and they tend to stretch out and become too loose after wearing all day. His Tooth & Honey shirt remains soft and perfect, washes and dries beautifully, doesn’t shrink or stretch out from wearing, excellent stitching, zero holes. The turtleneck is soft and fitted but not at all tight. Also he looks distinguished. Just bought another one, will be back for more.

Absolutely adorable shirt, doesn’t fall off him at all. Medium fit perfectly and he’s about 50 lbs. Probably could have got a large for him to have a bit more room in the neck but he’ll be ok.

The measurements were perfect to fit my lab-pointer mix. He likes to wear these when it starts to cool down outside, although he is 90% inside. They wash up great and are lightweight.

Absolutely love these sweaters! My dog had cancer removed on his front shoulder and I needed a soft cloth that didn’t have a seam over his wound. The turtle neck is so cute too! Perfect length so he doesn’t pee on it either. My dog is 86lbs and we ordered xl

Purchased for the 80lb AmStaff. I got the size large which fit perfect. This brand uses quality material. It laundered beautifully. Hoping it lasts awhile. A bit expensive but seems to be worth the price based on fit and quality. I will definitely purchase more from this brand and recommend. Amazon shipping was fast with prime.

This was perfect! My dog injured the skin on her neck, the vet didn’t want her to wear an e collar because it would rub. Other doggie shirts didn’t come up high enough to cover her injury, this was perfect and it keeps her and our other dogs from licking … plus she looks so cute!!! Well made, soft jersey material… I’m so glad I found this!

I ordered this shirt because my 75-pound boxer Sadie is cold-natured and I thought she might sleep warmer in a tee-shirt. Based on the chart, I ordered size XL which fit very snug and she walked around like she was in a straight jacket. Admittedly, it was her first time in "clothes". Note the look on her face in shot one. "Help me!" LOL!I did not send it back and was glad I was able to use it last year when she had a tumor removed from her chest. The shirt was perfect for keeping her from licking or opening it while going through the doggie door.I would like to know if the XL might give her some room without being dangerously too loose. I'm considering the pajamas in the same style. Is the pajama a little heavier than the tee-shirt pictured? Do we need a size XXL? Is it better to be too tight than too loose?Thanks

I never thought I would buy a shirt for my dog, much less a $35 one, but I am so glad I did. My 75 lb boxer/lab/pit mix had to have a cancerous tumor removed from her front shoulder/chest area, and we needed to keep her from licking her stitches for 3 weeks. The last time it was on her back leg and we had to put her in a cone collar, and it was truly awful. She was miserable and freaked out. For this one, we tried cutting and tying human shirts to fit her, but they came lose and she would get tangled in them. She has a big chest like a boxer so it was hard to make one fit. We finally ordered this shirt and it has been a life changer. Her wound is protected and she has her dignity back! She doesn’t mind wearing it at all, and it has allowed her wound to heal without a collar or other bandages. It also has made a huge difference for us. It was depressing to see her suffering in a cone with a huge surgery wound, and now it’s just like she’s wearing a cute shirt. People on the street keep stopping us to say hi and how much they like her shirt, which they never did before because she’s kind of intimidating looking, even though she’s a sweetheart. It has helped both of us tremendously to get through these tough surgeries and has lifted a huge burden of stress. I am truly thankful they made such a quality product. I know that’s a weird thing to say about a dog shirt, but I love it so much I had to share our story with the company. If you have a big dog and need something to cover a wound or stitches, or just to stay warm, this is worth the investment.
