Futon was delivered quickly, easy to assemble, and cute. It’s durable and sturdy. It is NOT comfortable to lie down on.

This couch is like laying on a pile or harder than usual rocks! No comfort at all. Not to mention it broke after two weeks of use.

Basically what I expected to receive the arms are in need of reinforcement and the hinges were assembled backwards so it was not level to put the leg supports on. It fits wonderful in our fifth wheel however

It is a nice looking couch but cushions are hard. Not comfortable to use as a sleeper bed even adding foam rubber padding doesn't help

Super UNCOMFORTABLE...but served it's purpose for a place for people to sit. I didnt expect much for the price...but wow it's hard. LolIt does LOOK way better than I thought it would though (except for the rip and black marks in a very visible spot from the box seemingly being pushed along the ground maybe during delivery or something.)Like I said...for the price, the good and bad qualities average out to exactly as expected.

Good looking and I think it will wear well. There is very little padding on the Seat portion. I think they sacrificed it to make storage for the arms and pillows for a smaller shipping box.

Brought up to the 3rd story myself-with a dolly. This thing is not light! But still MUCH lighter/easier to move than a standard sofa.It isn't the most comfortable, but honestly that's not what I was going for and a mattress-topper/couch liner could solve that for you quickly. I got this in effort to ensure I can move 100% of my things by myself since I'm a loner and have no family to help me in times of need and relocation. It definitely serves that purpose. The dogs adore it as it's lower-set and I keep half folded down for them always.Purchased in grey, nabbed a stretchy cover off an insta-ad to protect from dog drool since you cant wash the cushions.

The design itself is nice. The firmness is a little stiff compared to what I am used to. Not as comfortable as I would like it to be. Set up was fun and easy actually. It is cool for when you need a place to sit for a bit and it is not very good using it in the bed formation. Use for sleeping emergency only when there is nowhere else to sleep.
