Great quality machine. Always able to get tea and other drinks the perfect temperature. Would highly recommend this to anyone especially avid tea drinkers.

I bought this primarily for baby formula, i do drink tea and have used it for such but its primary purpose was to try and have on hand warm water for formula.Problem it dispenses a decent amount of room temp water far before you get anything warm/hot. if you are using for more delicate tea on a regular basis its not worth it. It does however produce very hot water when turned to the highest temp relatively quickly so if you just want hot water and dont care specifically about the temperature then it will work fine. I did keep the unit since filtered rm temp water at least is better than fridge temp for what i need, i often will fill a mug and poor it back in the machine before filling a bottle to get warmer water so I've made due but just had expected a bit more given the price pointDrip tray also fills quickly (well we are using the machine about 6 times a day or so) but something to at least note

Fastest hot water dispenser I've ever used. I love that you can change the temperature according to what you are making.. It is a streamlined hot water dispensing unit that provides specific temperature of water for one cup or several at a time. Contains a charcoal water filter and a reserve for plenty of servings. I have been using it for green tea and vanilla black tea. I use a lower temp for green tea and higher for black tea ( see pic) . Delicious. I might buy one for the office . So much faster than the kuerig.
