DominexRound Breaded Peeled Eggplant Cutlet, 5 Pound -- 2 per case.

I was so upset that Trader Joe's discontinued their eggplant cutlets and had been unable to find a suitable replacement product anywhere - until I found these on Amazon. They are very fresh, lightly breaded and seasoned eggplant slices that taste amazing. They are much fresher than the cutlets previously sold at Trader Joe's and I use them to make eggplant sandwiches for myself. I spread Raos marinara sauce on top of the cutlets, microwave them and then add them to two slices of toasted sourdough bread. Voila - a delicious eggplant sandwich! Others have tasted them and have been very impressed. I should add that there is a huge number of eggplant cutlets in this 10 pound package and so should last a very long time! Make sure you have adequate room in your freezer. It was worth the high price, especially considering how many cutlets one receives. Again, I cannot recommend this product enough, especially if you enjoyed the eggplant cutlets previously sold at Trader Joe's.

Product arrived not frozen thawed no dry ice

Saw the glowing reviews so felt confident in ordering this product. Made homemade breaded eggplant cutlets for years. Was looking forward to saving time for making eggplant parm.Bought the peeled slices. I pan sauteed, baked, and air fried. By all methods, they were totally flavorless. Eggplant has a pretty strong flavor too, so I don't know how that happened. Maybe cuz the eggplant slices are paper thin? Trust me, these things mostly batter. Very disappointed & they ain't cheap!

This product was FANTASTIC. Came in a styrofoam container with dry ice. Baked in oven. Would recommend placing paper towels over the cutlets to soak up some moisture after removing them from oven.

Like it and yes have used it before

Came as promised but some seemed to have skin. Another shortcut to a meal.

Can not use. Unsealed food isUnsafe.

A quality product. Packaged well and timely delivery. Have bought this before and will continue to do so. Very satisfied as always.
