This is a great product that I have been using for years on my dogs. It works within about an hour and last 24-48 hours. It is a small pill and easy to feed your dog with some cheese or some kind of snack. It seems to be tasteless to the animal, and works very quickly. Fleas will just start to die and fall off of the animal soon after ingestion. It has no side effects that I have seen, it only seems to has positive effects. There is no smell to the tablets they are completely oderless as far as I can tell. I highly recommend these if your dog has a flea problems as a first resort then getting a Seresto flea and tick collar which is a hidden gem of a flea collar. It works within just a day or so and then protects the animal for 8 months. They are a bit pricey but worth every penny as they have no smell and no greasy feel and have protected my pet that was continually getting fleas from our front yard. I highly highly recommend looking into a Seresto flea collar as a secondary or even a primary defense against fleas as they stopped all flea activity on my dog as well as my friends dogs that live outside in Mexico where fleas are extremely bad. Just a bit of extra advice to look into as a great health investment for your pet. However it's noteworthy to mention these pills are a excellent first line of defense for ridding pest from your pet in a single day, they just need a collar if you have continued infestations on your animals. It did what it said it would. Seemed to get rid of the older fleas. It also did as some have mentioned make my pups scratch like crazy. Not sure I’d buy it again. May as well make a trip to the vet to buy the expensive pills. Having said all this, the fleas here in the south are the worst I’ve ever seen. Even with yard granules, bombs in the house and deep cleanings the fleas are still winning this year.

For reference, I have a 4lb yorkie and 8kb silky. It’s now mid January and we’ve been battling fleas since the fall. Every time we visit our family at the lake (in a heavily wooded area) they seem to get them again. Its been such a struggle! Topicals just aren’t working anymore. I’ve tried them all, combing with a lice comb several times a day, and baths twice a week, laundry yah-di-yah… ya’ll know the struggle. Im always so afraid to try any flea treatments because there are always reviews of pets having negative reactions. I would be so heartbroken if I was the cause of anything bad happening to my babies. So with this, I skimmed the reviews and had to take a leap of faith. I paid the extra 2.99 to have it delivered same day, that’s how over the fleas I am. I received the package yesterday afternoon, crushed the pills into pieces of leftover shaved steak, folded over. Of course they got plain bites before and after, because, of course ;) around evening I started the combing routine, again, expecting to find the usual couple I do after topical treatment but the only flea I found was dead! This is only maybe an hour or two after feeding them the medicine. I did not expect this to work! They haven’t scratched at all since and the pups are perfectly fine. I was so worried they would get sick or have a reaction, especially being so small. I have to be super careful. I’m grateful for this product and I know my pups are even if they can’t verbalize, they show through their actions and their ability to finally get restful sleep. Idk if they will get immune to this as it seems has happened with all other brand that worked in the past. But for now, I appreciate that they get this relief. The following evening I noticed them scratching again and did another combing. Found more fleas, not a lot and these were smaller so I’m pretty sure some eggs hatched or something, new batch but the medicine didn’t prevent them. I gave a 2nd dose and was doing well. Decided to save the 3rd and final dose of the pack (between two dogs) until 2days away, the weekend where we would be headed back to my moms. I gave them the final dose before leaving my house, as a hopeful preventative and in case any were on them I wouldn’t take fleas to her. They were at her house for the weekend while we went around visiting other family members. When I went to pick them back up Sunday, they needed a flea bath as soon as we got back home. Still not a lot of fleas but definitely didn’t prevent them from picking up more in her yard. Overall, I think these are probably great to be given as soon as soon as fleas are first noticed to possibly stop an infestation or perhaps after a weekly bath to break the flea cycle. They do phage their place and I’ll keep some handy in my flea killing arsenal. But solo I don’t think these are enough on their own. Hope this review helps others decide what’s right for them. These only last 24 hours! I started giving my furbaby topical treatments and prevention chews, because these cost too much for only 24 hours. I live on 60 acres of farmland so I need something that repels fleas, mosquitoes and ticks.

Wow! I’m so impressed with this product!! I have had a pretty bad flea infestation this summer. I use Frontline drops on my cats and dog and usually this keeps them flea free. However, this summer my dog would come in covered with fleas; I’d give her a flea bath, give her frontline and the next day she would be covered again. Repeat (minus frontline). I gave this to her late one night and didn’t get to see how long it took but I checked her the next morning and every single flea was GONE. HALLELUJAH!! Would def recommend to get you through the tough times. Safe to give everyday as well which is amazing

These flea tablets were easy to give to my dog and worked quickly. The instructions were clear, and my dog tolerated them without any problems. A convenient option for fast flea treatment when needed. I’m very satisfied with the results!

We have two stray dogs on our farm that I feed and love. They started having fleas and I bought the liquid you put on their backs monthly and my husband bought Bug Be Gone granules and treated the yard. That helped some but they roam at night and come back worn out and with fleas. I bought this and each get a pill every third day. I wash their outside bedding almost daily and keep them in the house during the day. Their fleas are basically gone after using as long as you treat the yard and wash bedding and use this several times a week. It’s costly though. I went to Sam’s and bought a twin pack and it was about the same price as a one pack on here. You just have to keep at it. If you think giving one pill and fleas disappear you’ll be disappointed.
