Ohio Stoneware Dominion Mixing Bowl, Stoneware with Food Safe Glaze, Tan with Blue Stripe, 12 inches

Very large and well made mixing bowl. Just what I was looking for. Perfect for making homemade bread! We have it for many month now and it is still looks new. Great product!

Very happy with my new bowl! Years ago, I had a pretty nice collection of stoneware crocks, churns and mixing bowls and I was heartbroken when I had to leave the largest behind in a cross-country move (and for the most part, the smaller ones didn't survive the trip, only one is left -- I guess it would be considered vintage now. I didn't think I would ever get a chance to replace them, but when I ran across a fermentation crock here on Amazon and investigated other products made by Ohio Stoneware and here in the USA, I just had to order this bowl! Yes, the bowl is a bit on the expensive side, but so worth it as it is hand-thrown and destined to be passed down to my children/grand-children some day. No reason why it shouldn't last for generations with proper care. I think it is gorgeous -- very sturdy and obviously well made. It is much larger, but just as thick and heavy as the 40 year old bowl I already have. The stated volume on the tag is 6.69 quarts, so this easily handles a lot of bread or cookie dough and is great for popcorn night. It is definitely heavy enough to stay in place when hand-mixing (I do not intend to use this with my mixer). This bowl looks great on my counter, and I think it will hold up to everyday use very well. I look forward to having it for many years!

Wonderful bowl, very good design and sturdy. A great addition to my kitchen equipment with nice width and depth for mixing sourdough starter and flour to make homemade bread and pizza crust.

This 12 inch Dominion bowl is perfect! The perfect looks, the perfect weight, just everything is perfect. The company was on top of shipping, it arrived days before the predicted delivery date. I love it so much that I have ordered the 10 inch bowl and will order the 8 inch. There are a lot of different pieces in the Dominion lineup and I will be ordering each piece! I can’t say enough good things about the Ohio Company and their products. Go get your own, you will not be disappointed.

I LOVE MY NEW BOWL :) IT IS VERY SMOOTH WITH NO ROUGH SPOTS AND CAME PACKAGED VERY WELL !! PERFECT FOR MAKING BISQUITS AND BREADS OR ANYTHING NEEDED FOR A BIG BOWL. DEEP ENOUGH TO USE A MIXER AND NOT HAVE STUFF GO EVERYWHERE.

It arrived in perfect condition. I am blessed with several Mason Cash bowls, but this surpasses those. Well worth the hefty price tag. This bowl will be the workhorse of my kitchen.
