With all the talk of probiotics, I must admit I had never heard of prebiotics, but it made total sense to buy this when I understood they feed the friendly bacteria in the gut., It always makes me question WHY we don't learn about all this stuff in school??? I know more now than I ever knew, through my own research and having needed to take control of my health.I bought this variety from ELLACTIVA as I wanted something that I could simply chew, as it gets tedious having to take countless tablets and powders. This pack is their immunity boosting version and contains selenium, zinc, vitamin C, collagen peptides and inulin fibre (which is the prebiotic part).You receive 60 chews in the box, conveniently split into 6 packs with 10 individually sealed chews. This is great as you can take them with you in your handbag, without having to take the whole pack. The taste is a blackcurrant flavour, and they are a wholesome chew in that they are a good lengthy chew. Sometimes chewable tablets just disappear into thin air, but you get to really chew these for a few minutes. Nice flavour and no aftertaste.I like these and although it's difficult to judge what they are doing internally, I do feel better and my skin is looking more plump and glowing!!!

You take upto three of these chews per day...so 60 chews is only 20 day supply. That caught me out.This product is very acidic - not sure if it works but if you suffer from acid reflux or throat problems you will struggle with chewing three of these a day, thats my experience with it so far. I can't attest to the product working yet. Hope this is useful.

I've been taking these for a few months now and I can most definitely see a difference. My skin feels plumper and smoother. Its pricey but worth it.

Box damaged and extremely hard and chewy not soft chewy as previous ones and as should be.

This company has regularly gone out of its way to help me. That's a rarity these days. There are many collagen products on the market, but when challenged, their claims can't be substantiated. What I like about this product is the company's research is robust and so I can trust their product to deliver. A real bonus is the flavour! Delicious!

i prefer gummies as these are chalky and gigantic. i have been taking them for a week

Taken these for 3 months .Amazing results .Do not hesitate if you want to improve skin and hair appearance. Fabulous product.
