Arrived yesterday shattered-came in a padded envelope - not even a box. Replacement arrived today- This time it was in an envelope/bag that wasn’t even padded- the kind of bag you ship clothes in! Surprisingly enough it wasn’t shattered this time! I got lucky. Beautiful box. Great price. Super dash shipping Seller needs to be more careful about shipping!

The frame is really nice…but I was very disappointed how it was shipped. I bought this as a Christmas present and the frame has pieces of wood chipped off of it. I can’t even return it because Christmas is in two days away and a new frame would not be delivered in time.

Frame was exactly what I needed. Packaging was non existent! There was no Bubble wrap around the frame, it was just put into a waterproof envelope! Surprised it made it in one piece.

I like the shadow box itself, but they shipped it un-padded in a loose plastic bag so the frame is all dinged up! Not sure if I'm even willing to try purchasing it again :(

I was looking for the right size and affordable price shadow box. I was very pleased with it.
