The true test will come with use and productivity... So, it's a beautiful looking product - high quality, soft leather, with a gorgeous vibrant teal color. It looks and feels great. So i wont be embarrassed to carry it with me or for people to notice it.It was delivered fairly quickly. Although not as quickly as i am used to being a PRIME member (so often spoiled and my expectations need to be reset to the 'real-world')Price - for a 'book' it was slightly on the higher scale for me, especially compared to other similar books. But having looked on the 'inside' i now see that they weren't quite like for like. This little beauty is packing a much bigger punch..The inside is comprehensive! As someone who has done therapy, life coaching, work motivation, NLP, gym/working out etc this little book seems to have covered it all!! and for much less than i ever paid for even one session of anyone of the 'self development' methods i tried.Its starts with a quote, some science behind the methodology, an how to use section before we get to the deep thinking and planning. There seems to be clear steps and stages and more importantly some accountability throughout to track. I think i will need to spend some time with this book getting familiar :) so its not so daunting.But to sum up I would say well worth purchasing. It seems to have all the key areas in everything I've done before in one place. Which hopefully help me really break through to the next stage. As you can see i did NOT purchase this in December in time for the New Year and 'New me'! I believe you can make a change at ANY TIME. I look forward to taking this book with me on the journey over the next 12 months and beyond.
